Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

Lovely Villa, beautiful outdoor space with pool and sun terrace. Lovely access to the sea via Beach with padel board and kayak. Very nice spot.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Maja's house is in a very nice location, on a hillside overlooking the sea, the islands of Hvar and Brac and mountains. We were traveling with the dog and could take many beautiful hikes from the house. The house is well furnished and the icing on the cake is the huge pool, where you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets. Maja welcomed us warmly and was always available for questions.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

We had a very nice stay at the villa! The villa is in a quiet neighborhood where everything is easily accessible. Marko is a super nice host, very accommodating, warm and always available for a recommendation/tip 👍🏻 The villa is well maintained and clean.

Had a lovely stay at Jelena’s place. We’re two families with young children (one 3 yrs and two infants 6 months) and the apartment and it’s outdoors gave us everything we needed for the week! Great views over the mountains. We loved that we had the pool by our selves and many sitting areas in shade in the garden. There were always somewhere we could sit outside depending on the wheather. Close to supermarket, beaches, Omiš town etc when we wanted to do something. Jelena was very kind, helpful and gave our stay the extra touch! Would have loved to stay another week. Truly recommend!

Great stay at a fantastic place. Andi was very helpful throughout and made us feel very welcome on arrival. The place was fantastic with great views. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

It was wonderful. The best and most quiet AirBNB I've ever visited. You are connected with Nature. The only thing you can here are the animals while enjoying the beautiful view of the hills. Everything was perfectly clean. You've everything you need. They really thought about every detail. The garden is phenomenal. If you need help Glorija will be there in minutes. With recommendations and all you need. All in all it was a 6/5 experience. You won't regret it. But you have to like the abundance and you need a car if you want to visit cool spots. We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

This was an amazing stay! Exactly what I was looking for- private, peaceful and beautiful. The view was amazing from the room and then you go down to the private beach and its just serene. On the way down to the beach Damir let us feed the tortoises! Might be silly but that was definitely the highlight they are so cute. We really appreciate this experience and recommend everyone to come stay if you are looking for relaxation. I will warn though you should probably rent a car for this stay, its better so you can come and go as you please and not wait so long for public transportation. We also enjoyed driving around the mountains and seeing the Centina River Canyon and its not a bad drive to Split and other places!

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We had a wonderful stay and could not recommend the place more highly. Arranged as 2 flats with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor and a larger flat spread over the 2nd and third floors of the building with 4 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The upper flat had plenty of room for all 12 of us to eat around the table. With 4 “oldies” in our 50’s and 60’s with 8 young in their 20’s it was the perfect arrangement! Everything we wanted was within easy walking distance and you do not need a car! The plunge pool and outside space was larger than we had thought from the photos. Altogether a great holiday. This is a great apartment in the old town, so easy to walk everywhere. The seafront is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Sandra met us at the apartment, which is an easy walk from the bus station. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a great balcony with old town and sea views. Ideal for your morning coffee. The apartment was very well equipped. We'd definitely stay again. There is a great Thai restaurant next door.

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

We stayed in the beautiful stone house for 6 days in September and it was just fantastic! The small house impressed us with its authentic charm, and the view of the sea was simply breathtaking – waking up every morning and looking directly at the sparkling water was a highlight. The house is lovingly decorated, very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Roman and Eva were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet in an idyllic setting. We will be happy to come back!

So happy with our stay here in Hvar. What a find! The location is unbeatable, just down a few steps and you are right there on main harbor. So easy to walk from the ferry. But just far enough back to be very quiet and private. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We LOVED the balcony and the upper-level kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Very nice decor, furniture, and appliances - just as in the pictures. The host was so kind and helpful. Coffee shop just outside. Restaurants all around. The location really is incredible - we will 100% stay here if we are back in Hvar.

Thanks to Igor and marija, We had spent wonderful 6 days here. Place is literally located in the beach . Having a huge terrace made everything much more relaxed . Totally recommended!

This Airbnb is everything we hoped for – a stunning, peaceful retreat hosted by Georgia and her husband, who go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. If you want to disconnect and escape to a secluded, off-the-beaten-path spot, this is it. The pictures don't do it justice; you have to experience it to truly appreciate its beauty and breathtaking views. It’s peaceful, and sunsets and stargazing were highlights for us. The property is much bigger than it looks online, especially the pool area. The outdoor kitchen made for a fantastic BBQ evening, and Georgia’s thoughtful touches were evident throughout. There’s also a private beach accessible via a short walk from the house. Though it’s solar-powered, we had electricity and hot water, even during a major storm. We suggest bringing a car, as taxis don’t reach this remote part of Korcula. The seclusion also means lots of wildlife , but it becomes part of the charm. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this incredible stay.
