A semi-detached house renovated with love. Bedrooms with 180 cm and 140 cm wide double beds. Sofa bed in the living room. Desk for remote workers. Free parking in front of the apartment (electric car charging for an additional fee). A quiet playground for children right next to the apartment. Good bus connections (e.g. to Matinkylä metro) and a walking distance to the convenience store. Illuminated fitness trails start on the other side of the street. Quiet, fenced private backyard, where the evening sun shines. Great place for families with children!

All services and Espoo railwaystation 2 km, superstore via a forest walking path 300 m. Small bedroom with 140 cm wide bed. A hobby room is available for eating, relaxing and working, 90 cm bed is there. No kitchen but own fridge, microwave, basic dishes, coffee maker & hot water kettle. Tv and Wi-Fi. Charming, renovated side apartment/ guest house. The property is located in the yard of our home, but guests have their own peace and privacy. The proximity of the lake, Hvitträsk Museum, outdoor activities and a short distance to e.g. Porkkalanniemi, Meiko Nature Reserve, Linlo's outdoor area and Helsinki make the place special.
