A cozy and private suite (ADU) close to downtown Fruita and i-70 exit. The suite has a private entrance with keypad for self check-in. The 1br 1ba suite has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer. Very comfortable and clean stay. Exceeded my expectations. Lots of little hospitalities, like snacks and notes and extra towels. Pool was a nice perk. It was a little tricky getting in, and I didn’t necessarily realize in advance this was the basement of a house, but we never really noticed, as the setup was very private. Would definitely book again.

This place was amazing! Peaceful, private, & perfect for what we wanted! The Airbnb was very clean and looked exactly like the photos! The hot tub was a perfect touch and was extremely clean as well. Michael was always on top of communication and super friendly!! I would most definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved the home and property- very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub every day and the large fire pit. We enjoyed lunch at Mesa Lakes Lodge and hiking around the many lakes. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us and helping us celebrate our anniversary!

Sharon and Bill's guest house is so incredibly comfortable and modern, I didn't want to leave! The abode is the perfect, cool getaway when you need rest and isolation in a hot town jam-packed with wedding guests. Every amenity you can think of and then some is provided. The spacious guesthouse is filled with modern furniture and a variety of other appointments to ensure you'll have a comfortable place to call home. I'm sort of a big guy, and when I first laid down on the mattress, I knew I was going to love it. I wound up sleeping hard all three nights I was there. My wife has family in Fruita, and with any luck, I'll be back at this comfy hideout again! They also have an absolutely beautiful backyard, which I didn't take advantage of, but if you want to sit outside in a peaceful environment, it's there for you, including a hot tub. I highly recommend Sharon and Bill's guesthouse if you're looking for a place to stay in Fruita.

Cassandra’s place is cute, quiet and close to all the restaurants and shops of Fruita. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at her place! The bed is comfy which was such a treat after a fun filled day of mountain biking and hiking and yoga!
