Inspired by traditional Balinese estates, the soaring ceilings and rich woods of this Sydney vacation rental create an ambience of breezy luxury. You can look out over the water to the skyline from the villa’s beachfront location in the exclusive Vaucluse area—or take advantage of its proximity to the city’s must-sees.
Watch the sun sparkle on the ocean from outdoor living areas with plenty of loungers, a gas barbecue and al-fresco dining for eight. Inside, you can challenge friends and family at the pool and ping-pong tables, switch on the Apple TV or Sonos sound system, sample vintages from the wine fridge or share photos of your holiday via Wi-Fi.
The villa’s arched roofline and wood paneling will make an impression at first sight. Even so, you’ll be stunned to walk into the open-concept living room, fully equipped kitchen and, at the heart of the house, a two-story atrium with a dining area for ten. Throughout the residence, a mix of sleek furnishings and natural textures feels chic yet comfortable.
Villa Camp Cove has one honeymoon-worthy master suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, a private balcony and ocean views. The other two bedrooms have king beds and share access to a hall bathroom. Like the common living areas, they’re inspired and modern, with clever skylight-style windows and mid-century-classic furnishings.
The villa is less than a 10-minute walk from two beaches and Hornby Lighthouse, and a 10-minute drive or less from three more beaches and Macquarie Lighthouse, as well as a range of shopping and dining choices in downtown Vaucluse. It’s an easy drive—and well worth making a day trip—to city icons like the Sydney Opera House, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Bondi Beach.
