The house was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to Geneva National and Lake Geneva trail.

Was in town for a comedy festival. This spot was a great location and was in a quiet peaceful area while still being close to everything we wanted to do. Instructions for check in/check out were super easy to follow. Very comfortable stay!

We had a great stay while visiting my daughter and grandkids for their birthdays. The place was clean, matched the listing, and was in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We especially appreciated the fire pit, BBQ, and pool table since we planned to stay in most of the time. Fast Wi-Fi and TVs in all the bedrooms were a plus. Checkout was at 10:00 a.m., which felt a little early for us as we like to leave things tidy. The couches were fine for short visits, but if you're planning to spend most of your time hanging out at the house like we did, a little more comfort would’ve made it even better. It might also be a nice touch to include a small bundle of firewood for guests using the fire pit, though we were able to grab some easily nearby. Overall, a positive experience and a great spot for a family-focused stay!

Michael was a wonderful host. He always responded right away and worked with us. The house was just right for my coworkers and myself. if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay there.

I have stayed at number of homes. This home ranks at the very top. The interior was decorated by someone with a great feel for style. Very classy. Two thumbs 👍

We stayed 3 nights. The woodwork and architecture of this home is outstanding. I enjoyed the collection of antique furniture pieces. The place was clean with quality linens. Comfortable beds and air conditioners for each bedroom were wonderful. Kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils. Coffee was good. We had a great stay and would stay here again in future travels. Our local Rockford friends and family came by to see our place and said oooh and ahh over the woodwork and windows. Just a wonderful place to stay.

Our family had a great stay here. The place had everything we needed from strong wifi, extra towels, a kitchen stocked with plenty of utensils and even little extras in the bathrooms. Katie was always responsive to messages. The house was comfortable and in a great location - only a short walk to shops and cafes. Great to have a driveway for parking! It did get a little hot in the bedrooms upstairs for sleeping but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the backyard seating area.

We felt right at home at Jane's place. everything was as listed, the place was super homey, and Jane was a great host.

Joan's daughter, Rebekah, communicated directly with me through the Airbnb app. She provided detailed check-in instructions, a phone number to contact her, etc. It seems Rebekah lives in Hawaii so please keep note of that for response times, etc. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well-appointed. Joan and Rebekah have a beautiful collection of original art, artifacts, etc. so please keep that in mind if you are bringing small children to the home. Please note that the 1st floor bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom; and the lower level has 2 twin beds in the open area, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the first bedroom, and 1 full bed and 1 futon in the second bedroom (including a full laundry and utility room in a closed room).

Scott’s place was very nice! It was updated and clean. With the 3 bedrooms, it was a good home for our multigenerational family to have the space to come together at times and have the space we needed to spread out. The bottom bedroom was a bit chilly due to all of the beautiful, large windows, however, we found extra covers that allowed us to make due. I would suggest if you’re coming in the cooler months to bring warmer pajamas to sleep in. Thanks, Scott!

Beautiful home to stay in for a nice long weekend away from the city. Very quick access to town and to various nature attractions. The house was very clean and just overall a very comfortable stay.

It was wonderful for a family with kids. Very clean. Great location. Comfortable beds. Sound system that you could control from an app and play music in any room. Games in basement were perfect for kids of all ages That was great. Would happily stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Also, it has blackout curtains in the bedroom, so sleeping was wonderful. Host was very responsive to questions, and incredibly welcoming! Will likely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this property! The location in Abbey Springs is so peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing on the upper balcony overlooking the woods and golf course. It’s not listed, so no deduction in my rating, but for people who are new to Abbey Springs and want to enjoy the lakefront, keep in mind this property doesn’t provide beach gear or beach towels. The golf cart is a huge added bonus and we absolutely loved riding around the resort. Thank you! We will be back for sure!

The home was clean, spacious and beautiful! The backyard area was wonderful, and our kids and pup enjoyed it immensely. We loved the location, minutes from everything we needed, and it was a perfect place to stay while closing on a new home. Iuliia was a wonderful host, very responsive, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We would absolutely stay here again!

place fitted all of our needs we brought pur two dogs my wife and my self and our 4 month old. suited us for my work out of town.

This is a great place with everything you need! We loved the outdoor seating and grill, the farm animals and the extremely clean home! Another bonus is the beautiful Forest Preserve with great walking paths just a short walk away! I definitely recommend this great place!

We had the most wonderful time on the farm, the kids absolutely loved seeing the baby cow, sheep, and chickens. We had to best time just relaxing and enjoying family time. Jane and her husband were the most wonderful people, we couldn’t have asked for a better place for a day away or people to have met.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Maria’s home! The little house was charming with French-inspired decor, a clean, updated bathroom, and a very comfortable living room with a beautiful view of the yard and forest. We enjoyed exploring the farm (as did our dogs!) and disconnecting. We will absolutely be back! Thank you, Maria!

Exactly as described. The home was easy to find, great instructions for checking in, and very clean.

This was our second time staying at the Fuller House. We had a magical trip with highlights including getting cozy by the fireplace and listening to records, setting up our tent in the backyard and roasting marshmallows over the fire, reading and napping in the hammock, and spending hours running around the property with our toddler and finding wild flowers, walnut shells, bugs, and swinging on the tree swing. We love this home and Krista and Jeff are very thoughtful and responsive hosts. We had a minor plumbing issue and Jeff came over the fixed it right away. Love this place and will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would return. The home was clean and we felt right at home. Our dogs loved the yard and the view overlooking the lake was beautiful. The home was just as described, and check-in was easy. Nathan was responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. I would recommend staying at Nathan's, he is a great host, and we were grateful for our time there.
