Monthly Rentals in Louisville

This is a charming historic home with everything you need and just 5 minute walk to downtown Louisville. This was our 2nd time to stay here and will remain one of our favorite places to stay in the Boulder area.

Petra was a wonderful host! The efficiency was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is also conveniently located to the wonderful downtown, parks, and walking trails that Louisville provides. I strongly recommend Petra and her efficiency. apartment.

This is a great, walkable location. I loved being able to pop over to the grocery store, hop on the bike path, or run to the park! There was almost always something fun happening on Public Rd to check out, and neat shops/restaurants. Really appreciated the in-house washer and dryer. The house had everything I needed and I could not ask for anything more.

Great stay! My partner and I stayed for about a month and everything went well. Host was very quick to respond about anything that came up.
