We had a great stay at Emilia’s home in Greenwich. The location is excellent - close to everything and easy to get around. Just a heads-up: it's situated on the path of the London Fire Brigade, so you might hear sirens at night. Earplugs are a good idea if you're a light sleeper. That said, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Emilia was a thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for two weeks in December and both were able to work effectively from the flat during our stay. We used to live in the neighbourhood so were familiar with many of the amenities nearby but it convenient and easy to walk around and close to many good pubs and cafes. It was quiet as it was off the main road. The heating worked very well, it took us a couple days to figure out how to work it properly but it made the flat nice and cosy once we figured it out.

Location location location. 2 minutes from the DLR (underground) and regular train service plus multiple bus services. We navigated both the sites of London and local places with ease. Nely was super responsive and the staff at the train station were super helpful. Download the TFL to go app and make the most of this location..

Kostas’s apartment is absolutely top-rate on all key measures. Modern & stylish. Very well equipped with all of the essentials one needs when travelling or on holidays in London. Reassuring security system. And, so ideally located directly opposite Forest Hill Railway Station to connect with trains and buses to every part of London and beyond. Kostas is a very accessible host and easy to deal with when one needs information or has a problem. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, immensely.

We had three very nice days on site. The apartment corresponded to the description and it was all the way we needed it. The apartment is a little away from London city center but easy to get to by public transport. Overall, we had a lovely stay :)

Bexs place is a perfect base for those looking for a quiet but accessible corner of London. We loved snuggling up with Earl the characterful cat! Lovely and clean with everything we needed to make us feel at home. Bex is a great host and quick to answer our questions with plenty of local knowledge to point us in the right direction. We'd love to return.

I stayed here for work and had a great experience. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was clean, spacious, and well-equipped — everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoy our stay, gutted I got the check out date wrong as we wanted to stay longer it was so nice, we felt so at home and I got to spend Christmas with both my girls and my family because I was able to secure this place in London so Im forever grateful to Penelope and even her patience and understanding at the end. Wow. Staying at Taylour House was like stepping back in time - in the best possible way. The house is steeped in history and beautifully preserved, full of character and charm. It felt like staying in a living museum, but with all the modern comforts thoughtfully in place. Caroline, the host, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly flexible, which made the whole experience relaxed and easy. The house was spotless, extremely well equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edenbridge, with a great pub directly opposite that serves top-notch Sunday roasts. A rare bonus was having off-street parking for two cars - a real luxury for a town centre property. Taylour House is a gem. Full of history, excellent value, and hosted with genuine warmth - we’d love to come back.

Had a great stay! The layout of the house is amazing, and allows a group of (in my case) 10 adults & 2 children to easily mingle/eat/lounge. Hien was very responsive to my questions. Thank you.

Nana’s house was a fantastic stay, suitable for families with or without pet’s and work related breaks. I would recommend anyone considering to visit London to stay here as the host was responsive and very accommodating to our family needs. The house was well kept and clean plus very close to high streets and local shops. I would rate the property and the host a higher rating if possible. From the bottom of my ❤️ Thank you Nana.

Everything we needed, 20 minutes on the bus to the O2 which was one of the main reasons for our visit. Located on a very peaceful street, 5 minutes walk to bus stop. House well equipped and comfortable. Perfect, thank you.

This is a lovely home, restored beautifully and very well loved and taken care of. There is so much beauty inside. Our family enjoyed the space, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids felt right at home and really enjoyed the foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped and two washing machines was an added bonus for us. The location is walkable to trains that can take you down to the heart of central London. We enjoyed the quiet respite of a home outside of the bustling city after our long days sightseeing. Thank you for a memorable holiday.

We were lucky enough to visit Victoria’s beautiful home around my husband’s 40th birthday. We wanted a treat - and wow did it deliver! The house is huge, really spacious and brilliant for us, my parents and both of our children. They kindly left a cot for us to use if we wanted it and a high chair - plus a gorgeous selection of children’s books. The day bed was the perfect height for my toddler too (2.5). But the view !! The kitchen backs on to the most beautiful garden and it was enough for us to just sit and watch the trees with a glass of rosé or for my son to watch the squirrels eating the neighbours’ cherries ! With the odd parakeet flying past too. We are very into our food and it was incredibly well stocked for our passion (!), we loved cooking here and the perfect set up for a BBQ too. It was perfect in every way! We didn’t want to leave. We also found the Perry Hill pub brilliant for dinner with our son as it has a playground - just a 15 minute walk away.

Me and my friend had a lovely stay, nice place thats close to the metro and has lots of stores nearby! Host was helpful and very friendly!

The home is spotless and was a perfect location for me and my daughter to stay. Everything was comfortable! Parking was easy and free! Sadly, we didn’t meet Iain and Georgia or the doggies but they were very responsive and sent us a photo of doggies after! Will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved our stay at Bela & Steve’s property, the area was lovely and very peaceful. There are loads of great food places as well (would recommend Surrey Palace for a great Indian takeaway!), and getting places was very easy (drove to central London on the second day). Checking in was easy and flexible, the guesthouse was in pristine condition and we felt it had a really homely feel. We had quick and helpful communication from Bela and Steve whenever we had any questions too. Overall we could not recommend the property or the hosts enough and hope to be back very soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Janet’s condo. It had beautiful views and was in the perfect location outside of the busy city but steps from the closest train station. It was very clean and Janet had wonderful suggestions for us to eat/shop. She even left treats for us to snack on while we stayed. 10/10 would recommend.

Eva and her husband were very helpful throughout the process! When it turned out to be an exceptionally hot day/evening in London, they contacted us offering to deliver an extra fan to be sure we were comfortable as well as graciously providing another item we requested. We were a bit further than we had realized from the city center at this location, but we really enjoyed taking an uber boat from the nearby pier to The Tower of London, so it worked out well for us! The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and incredibly well equipped—it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The thoughtful welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. We felt right at home and had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!
