The house was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful with lots to do for children and adults. It is in a great location, walking distance to the train station, so great access to London. The house was very spacious with large comfy bedrooms and lots of different areas to socialise. It was perfect for a big group. Toby was super friendly and helpful and very responsive. We had a great stay thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The space was exactly as listed, with all amenities and more. The hosts were friendly and available if we needed. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb and these dedicated hosts!

Valentina’s place is cute and quiet and well located for me to visit a friend in London. Valentina and her husband were helpful and responsive. Nice little touches like milk in the fridge and some snacks were very thoughtful. It was also nice and warm on a chilly weekend. I enjoyed my stay very much.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

Molly and Alex were excellent hosts. Always helpful and easy to communicate with. We really loved staying in this beautiful eco lodge. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was powerful. Molly is such a talented gardener and her planting is gorgeous. I loved sitting outside with my coffee in the mornings. As well as being so close to Beckenham place park!

We feel so fortunate that Amelia's place was available when we had to make a last-minute reservation! Our favorite thing about her place is that it is QUIET and PEACEFUL; at the same time, it is in a beautiful residential neighborhood near parks and within walking distance of local restaurants, pubs, and cafes, as well as easy access to public transport throughout the Greater London area. Amelia communicated with us clearly, promptly, and in a friendly manner. Highly recommended, and I would definitely book her place again.

One of my most memorable stays in London! I spent a week at Ramona’s place in Brent Cross and absolutely loved it. The property was small, cute, and cozy—perfect for a peaceful and restful stay. It was spotless, incredibly quiet, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night. What made it even better was the location. It’s literally right opposite Brent Cross Tube Station, making access to central London quick and super convenient. Whether you’re exploring the city or just looking for a quiet retreat to relax, this place is ideal. Ramona was a wonderful host, and I’d definitely love to stay here again!

Natasha was the most helpful gracious host that anyone traveling needing a excellent place to rest while you’re taking in London. I will most definitely be booking again.

Awesome stay in Steven’s self contained beautifully decorated flat. Everything you need within easy walking distance to cool Crouch End with its amazing range of bars and restaurants and Alexandra Palace and Park within a few minutes walk. Steven very accommodating and friendly. Easy parking and peaceful location in property with everything you could need. Many thanks for a great stay. Would love to return!

We had a lovely stay at the Potting Shed. It had everything we needed - cooking appliances and accessories, fire pit, bbq, lovely walks. We specifically chose this listing due to the enclosed garden, so we did not have to keep our dog on the lead. Our dog was not able to get out, but we did find a little dog in our garden on some occasions - so not fully escape proof. Would recommend ☺️

Lovely host! Laurie was so kind and welcoming. She made us feel right at home. The place is exactly as pictured - very green and cozy and away from the busy city bustle. Would definitely stay here again :)

Stayed at Kirk’s place before the London Marathon. Great walking distance to two train stations, in a lovely neighbourhood. Kirk was really friendly and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. The place was great, really clean and tidy, lovely space that had everything we needed . Loads of local food options. Excellent value for money! Cannot fault at all!

The Bungalow is a spacious and comfortable home from home in a peaceful yet accessible location. It is extremely well equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely book here again if we were in this area. Thank you, Julie.

We had such a lovely month staying in the studio at Andrew’s – it really felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. Andrew is the most kind, caring and generous host we’ve ever met, and he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Finding a bottle of wine and a beautiful arrangement of flowers freshly picked from the garden waiting for us was such a warm and personal touch – it set the tone for a really relaxing and special stay. The studio itself is cosy, comfortable and tastefully put together. Colin and Annabel, the two most adorable dogs, were a real highlight – they came to say hello every day and always brought a smile to our faces. The garden is stunning , with open views across the hills and full of flowers in bloom. Sitting outside on sunny days, looking out over the hills, playing with the lovely dogs was such a peaceful and happy part of our time there. Annemarie's studio was perfect for our 3 night stay; good location for us visiting relatives, and easy train access to London - West Ewell station 15 mins walk. Comfortable accommodation with everthing we needed in a quiet and private setting. Cafe's a short walk away for coffee and breakfast. Communication with Annemarie was great througout.

We had a lovely stay here for our weekends racing. It is in walking distance from the track, felt homely and comfortable when we wanted to chill in the evenings, will definitely be trying to book in here again when we return to Brands Hatch. Host was lovely and had great communication for a stress-free stay! Would recommend to anyone visiting Brands Hatch 😊

had a lovely stay at this charming annex! It was super cute and cosy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The interior design was thoughtful and stylish, giving the space a warm and welcoming feel. It had all the essential facilities I needed, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful spot to unwind.

We were looking for a comfortable, private and tranquil property to stay to be near our daughters in Godalming and for the imminent birth of a grandchild. Priscilla and Kevin proved to be the most perfect and hospitable hosts right from the start. The Coach House is beautiful and set in stunning grounds with superb views over the Surrey Hills. Our grandchild arrived a little later than planned but we were fortunately able to extend our stay. We were actually quite sad to be returning home to Dorset and that is very unusual for my wife and I such was the quality and experience of our time spent there.

We stayed in Pony Cottage for 4 nights whilst competing at Cranleigh showground, it was lovely to come back in the evening to somewhere clean, quiet and comfortable. The property is set back from the main road behind controlled gates so feels secure. The High street is at the end of the road with lots of choices of shops. Lovely welcome tray with lots of goodies and milk in the fridge. Virginia lives there and was there to meet me.

The location of this beautiful listing is idyllic. I was only here for one evening while away for work, I was made to feel at home immediately by the farm dog (Ash). You’ll tire out far before he does while playing fetch. The peace and tranquility of the farm is so pleasant to be around. I was fortunate to have good weather and enjoyed a long cycle around the county. The farm eggs were very welcomed and I purchased more to support local. If you find yourself in the area, you’ll struggle immensely to find something more beautiful and well valued. I’ll certainly be back in the future.

This cabin is very pretty and really well equipped, you soon forget the planes, plenty of room and just a perfect private getaway.

We started every day with a long walk through the meadows and had breakfast in the sun! Everything you need is there in the kitchen. There was even a nice cool bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge to welcome us and eggs and coffee were already there! Everything is very tastefully furnished. Jane always responded to our questions immediately with a solution. We felt very comfortable and welcome.
