The host couple are very good hosts, they specially arranged for the husband to wait for our arrival in the room, and introduced us to all the facilities of the room, patient, meticulous, and elegant and polite!Surprisingly, the Host prepared a bottle of good quality red wine for us as a welcome gift, thank you very much for your kindness!This is a great house, clean, spacious, fully equipped, and has a sauna and swimming pool.Perfect for a family stay, we are very honored to recommend this listing to everyone as the first guests to rent it!I believe you will have the same wonderful experience as us!

Perfect sized villa for two and the pool + wood heated sauna aced the whole thing. Absolutely worth a stay!

Tidy and cozy apartment. Great for a company's remote day/night, with a larger group at the table, the wireless network works well, and there's a flipboard. The sauna, pool, and hot tub are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The owner communicates and responds quickly. Highly recommend.

Very functional place especially for a family with children. The heated pool made our weekend perfect and the hot tub offered an alternative in the rain. The place was very clean and the instructions were clear. We were impressed by the owners' thoughtfulness and quick responses.

Very nice house with garden, two bicycles and four to five beds. The widest bed is 1.40 m and then there are three narrow beds. There probably wasn't enough time between us and the previous guests to clean the floor. But I did that and it wasn't a problem. With a little more attention to detail (e.g. emptying and cleaning cabinets), the house is a gem. The sauna and the large bathroom downstairs next to a small, pretty fireplace room were particularly beautiful...

This is very nice little house close to a lake. Best when having a car, parking in front of the house. Separate entrance. Toutain was very helpful, called me when I forgot something and we arranged on how to pick it up. Very cosy place. Can only recommend.

Four girlfriends who had booked accommodation for a weekend at the end of January. Nicely renovated old house out in the countryside. Quiet environment. The decor very successful and cozy with combination of old and new. We were daily admiring all the nice details. The kitchen is well equipped. Cozy with possibility to have a fire. Anneli responded quickly to our questions.

Charming and cozy old house with beautiful courtyards. A peaceful and quiet rural environment ensured a relaxing weekend. Dogs also enjoy themselves on the lawn, rolling around. Dealing with the host was smooth and friendly, we got good instructions. The delicacy waiting in the fridge was a wonderful surprise 🥰 A warm recommendation for this home.

Ulla was a brilliant host, very responsive and super helpful. very easy to find apartment, transport frequent and surroundings beautiful (we highly recommend the local nature reserve if you get a chance which Ulla kindly left directions to in the book). the house was spotless with everything we needed. very calm, quiet, peaceful. easy self check in. we had a wonderful stay all thanks to her and her beautifully appointed house. not one negative as it was all so perfect for us. easy for Helsinki Central as well. nearby shops and an outlet 12 min walk on foot.

The place was good value, well equipped, and conveniently located. Unfortunately Saara was let down by her cleaners, and the bed had not been changed or rubbish disposed of from previous visitor. As soon as I informed Saara, she contacted the cleaners, but they could not do anything at that time of day. Saara immediately then phoned me, (she was 400km away herself), and said she would process a significant refund. Clean bedding and towels were available, so I changed bed myself, (and I put rubbish in outside bin). These things happen and Saara did the best that she could in the circumstances. Hence I still rated 5* overall, but I had no choice but to mark down on cleanliness. Otherwise I had a very restful stay.

A very nice and relaxed month was spent with the family in the cozy and spacious house. Excellent host + lovely place to stay = ☆☆☆☆☆

Cosy homelike accommodation in the beautiful small town of Ekenäs

The location in the old town is really good. Beach, market and also eateries within walking distance. You can park your car in the yard. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The owner is friendly and ready to help if you have any questions. I highly recommend it.

A beautiful and secluded location outside of Helsinki but just a 15min train to the centre of town. The perfect location to experience both the metropolitan and natural sides of Finland. We loved our stay, surrounded by snow and trees over Christmas. Eevamaria and her family has a Christmas tree setup for our stay which made it even more magical. The house has everything you could need and was perfect for our group of 6 people. Eevamaria was incredibly proactive at providing instructions and answering our questions before and throughout the stay. Would highly recommend!

A quiet, cozy place with a great view of sunrise and sunset over the Nordic sky. Great amenities in the house and an extremely responsive host.

Excellent stay! The apartment was spotless clean, very cozy and well-connected to the city center and the airport. The hosts are very kind and caring persons, very easy to communicate with and very helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely come back!!

Everything was fine, especially the hot tub in the dark and cold evening was really good.
