Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall.
