when we ran in to a problem not once but twice, but came with a great new oven and gave back money. we wasn't asking for anything back. they was completely understandable and drop to help us out. very thankful and very happy for the place. so willing to come back again.

We appreciated the quick response from Matt to our check-in question. The room was very clean & comfy. The addition of breakfast at Lottie’s is wonderful! Easy to find and close to our family, made it a great place to stay. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

This is a perfect place to stay if you’re at Stockton Lake! It’s close to multiple boat ramps, restaurants, grocery store, gas stations. The local tackle store is right next door! My son and I stayed four nights while practicing for his high school state championship. Great place to keep your boat with outlets close for charging batteries. If you’re fishing at Stockton I am not sure you will find a better place. We will stay again next time at Stockton if it’s available.

Excellent location not far from major city but remote enough to feel comfortable and safe, excellent community with services close by. Hosts were friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend!
