The perfect couples getaway. Large studio, private deck with garden views. Modern bathroom and European style kitchenette with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Short walk to back beach. Pets welcome. Please note we live next door in the main house and our dogs (GSD and Chihuahua) will bark occasionally. Neighbours also have dogs that sometimes bark. If you hate dogs, please book elsewhere. Please read policies and rules before booking with a pet. Note: you will hear some noise from the main house

The house has two large bedrooms, open plan kitchen/living area. As well as a great little secure outdoor BBQ area that is a good for a small dog. The house is also built wheelchair friendly!

Soak up stunning winter sunsets over the mountains from the large [35m2] undercover deck. You have an easy 500m walk to shops/cafes & 800m to beach. The walk home is easy it’s just the last 60m to the apartment which is pretty steep. The apartments North-East aspect is perfect for warming winter sun all day & nice cool afternoon sea breeze in summer.

Built on the north facing slope of O'Connors hill is our unique, rustic home consisting of a cluster of detached buildings set among a tropical landscape. A private resort. We back onto the national park so we share our land with many native creatures. Please note this is a quiet space, please keep noise to a minimum and no music after 8pm. The studio is situated directly beneath our family home, so you may hear some household noise from time to time, including the sounds of our kids footsteps. We had such a great stay with our family! It more spacious than anticipated. It is well located to the beach / town but also very quiet and private. It was very peaceful sitting in the spa and seeing all the beautiful stars. Our kids especially loved kayaking in to the main beach. It very easy to walk or bike ride. We would definitely stay again !

My partner and I were looking for a special place to celebrate our anniversary, and we were both immediately drawn to this cottage — even though it meant a 5-hour drive from Sydney. It was absolutely worth it. The place is just as beautiful as the photos. The light changes throughout the day made everything look magical, and we loved the flowers and well-kept garden at the front. Inside, the house was super comfy and had everything we needed. Thanks to Andrew for being so responsive and for creating such a peaceful and lovely space. We felt really relaxed and enjoyed every moment. Hope we get to come back again one day!

We had a fantastic stay at Nutchawans. The house was exactly as described and the kids loved playing pool and table tennis. Views were spectacular and in the perfect location, thank you for a lovely stay!

This house was truly awesome! We stayed for a work trip and it was the most peaceful place to come back to after our long work days. Wish we could have stayed to enjoy it more! The views surrounding the property are unlike most I’ve ever seen. If you’re into cooking, the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever seen!! Thanks so much Skye, we’d love to stay again!
