The cottage was very clean and well equipped, you will have everything you need for your stay. The extra touches from the host went above and beyond. The location is great, rural but 10/15 min drive to Clonakilty and Rosscarbery so a great base for exploring the area. There is a nearby pub within walking distance. The cottage feels very private, you have your own space, but Geraldine lets you know that she is around if you need anything. This is a great place to stay during your time in West Cork and I would definitely recommend.

It was a great experience. Frank and Mary were very welcoming and helpful with their inputs of local places to visit, nearby restaurants. Surroundings were beautiful. House was very well maintained with all the needed amenities. We will surely plan to visit again. Thanks a lot for hosting us.

Lovely peaceful location but not far from lots to do and see. Clonakilty, Skibbereen, Rosscarbery and numerous beaches and walks are all within 30 mins drive. Even if you don’t want to head out to any of these places Dan’s cabin and the accompanying private garden are the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
