Cozy cottage in rural village environment in Åmot. (Ockelbo municipality). About 2 hours 20 minutes from Stockholm, 2 hours from Arlanda. Nice cross-country ski trails. Kungsberget about 25 minutes away. Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 beds. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and toilet. Lower floor: Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace, bedroom with 2 beds, toilet. (Can not close door between bedroom and living room, see picture.) The country shop is 20 meters from the cottage. The right entrance is to this part of the house that is rented out.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and stove with induction stove etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

Three adults sleep comfortable and extra beds can be provided upon request. Towels and bedsheets is included.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A homely, beautiful and comfortable accommodation for a relaxing stay in the countryside. House for 3 guests with the possibility of 1 extra bed. Only 2 km to all services and 1 km to Wij Trädgårdar with restaurant, cafe, garden shop etc. Nearby there are cycling and hiking trails, paddle, tennis, swimming, a viewpoint with a waffle hut etc.
