Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lewis and Harris

I've utilized airbnb for over 10 years and I can firmly attest that our stay with Aileen was the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. She was very doting, friendly and extremely helpful. I had picked up an unwanted hitchkiker on my ventures (a tick) and Aileen was so helpful when I was having a meltdown about dealing with the critter (she saved my life). She has a lovely personality with rich stories to share and great suggestions. Her traditional Scottish breakfast was fantastic and she had so many breakfast options to choose from aside from that. The room was flawless and the beds comfortable. If I come back to Skye and Aileen is still hosting, I will 100% come back. This is a bed and breakfast, inside of Aileens' home; not a hotel. It's better than a hotel. 100/10

Chrissie is such a perfect hostess going above and we'll beyond all the time. What a perfect and tranquil place with incredibly easy access to beach with amazing wildlife.

Perfect location and very comfortable and clean accommodations. Two adult friends travelling together. The space was big enough for us to feel like we could move around and not bump into each other (as we felt in other places on our trip).

Maureen welcomed us very warmly in her beautiful accommodation. The room is nicely decorated and very, very clean and the breakfast was great. The enchanting Coral Beach can be reached on foot. It's a dream! For other activities, Maureen always had good recommendations for us and we could always talk to her. We loved our stay here, the view from the living room is amazing and we loved the breakfast’s every morning! The bedroom was very small but they allow you to use the living area too so not too bad. We also loved the two dogs! Perfect location for visiting the Isle of Skye - would stay here again if we were up.

Nice location off the beaten path but very close to some great hiking. Hosts were great and the place was spotless. Really enjoyed hot baths every evening a in the large soaking tub.

Elizabeth was a great host. Really helpful with local knowledge. Very accomodating. Lovely continental breakfast. Accomodation very near station and scenic kyle of lochalsh line. Maps and walk books provided so had chance to explore this beautiful area.

Christine and Howard were exceptional hosts. Their generosity was more than anything one could wish for . The breakfast the welcome basket, there was so much to choose from . We felt right at home and very comfortable from the start and they were both ready to help and support in anyway. Howard is a mind of information and brilliant to chat to , he was very helpful and gave us lots more of information of where to go on our walks. Thank you Christine and Howard x

We felt comfortable and the location was very good. We spent 2 nights here and explored the island from here.

Its remote, and eating out is not possible after 19:00, bokings esential, drive over the hils is hard

We loved our stay at Carol's B&B. It was easy to walk straight into town from there, only one block from the square. Carol was warm and friendly when we showed up and very welcoming. The apartment was exactly what we expected. Only had trouble with the funky British lock on the door but I am not mechanically inclined. And Carol has exact instructions right on the door on how to do it. Just requires some patience, that's all.

Our stay with Kirsty was great. What a welcoming host with a beautiful, comforting space that feels like home. Wonderful hike down to Brother's Point right out the door. The stay is equidistant to the Quirrang and Storr hiking areas. Easy access to Portree to the south and Staffin to the north. Amazing breakfast.

Sandra’s place was really lovely….in rooms above where the family are. The house was pristine and the room was exceptionally comfortable. The views were lovely too🤩 Sandra provides a great breakfast and liked after us really well. Thanks for a great stay ☺️

One of our favorite Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. The setting is gorgeous, great view from the room, pleasant home with an open, airy feeling. Anne is an absolute delight and very helpful and friendly. She includes a really outstanding breakfast, too. Room price is surprisingly inexpensive. The only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay there longer!

We had a wonderful stay! The view over to the Isle of Raasay was absolutely stunning — a real highlight to wake up to each morning. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable — we slept like logs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a scenic getaway!

Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable in the beautiful accommodation, everything is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, plus you have a wonderful view of the meadows and the coast from the windows. The breakfast was also excellent, so everything was as good as you could wish for. The accommodation is very well located for seeing the many sights in the north of the Isle of Skye.

Vicky and John are very likeable, hospitable and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable with you immediately. Whenever we needed anything - they were there. I would like to highlight the excellent homemade breakfast. A great, healthier, delicious change after the usual meat-heavy breakfasts. Our rooms had everything you need and offered ample space and privacy.

It was a wonderful holiday. Spacious and comfortable room, friendly hosts and delicious breakfast. Quiet, beautiful nature. Highly recommended!
