Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Leeds

Stayed for 2 nights as we were seeing family and wanted to stay in a familiar area! The house was beautiful, well equipped and in such a nice location. Would definitely stay again 🤩

A lovely cottage in a lovely town. Super comfortable beds and a great shower. Well equipped kitchen and the garden overlooking the river was a delight….very friendly neighbours, too! We would definitely stay again. Ten out of ten.

We were two couples going to the cricket, but wanting to make a bit more of our stay. Farsley was a perfect location for that and offered plenty by way of places to eat and drink, as well as having a variety of shops close by to buy in supplies. The property itself is extremely well-appointed with everything you need, it’s clean and incredibly comfortable. The hosts live nearby and were in contact before and during our stay just to check all was okay…which it was. They couldn’t have been more helpful. We really enjoyed staying in this charming residence and will definitely use it again if we are staying in the area.

Juliet’s place is absolutely beautiful. So peaceful, beautiful and very easy to get to Ilkley and surrounding areas! Juliet and her husband have been amazing always making sure I’ve got everything I need. Very knowledgeable and friendly made me feel very welcome and at home. I’ll definitely go back next year and hopefully they will host me again Thank you both

We loved The Cow Shed. Just off the A1 so really convenient for our trip to Bramham. Although the A1 was very near We couldn't hear the traffic when inside the house. We had two large dogs who were able to stretch out and there was a track to walk them down safely for exercise. There was everything we needed in terms of accommodation and it had tasteful decor and was nice and clean.

We had a wonderful stay and the house is very cosy. Lucy messaged several times to make sure we wanted for nothing. Of all the weekend getaways we’ve had, this was our favourite. Would highly recommend.

We had a great weekend at Amy's home, the view is stunning, as is the house, with a great open plan space, perfect for friends to get away. There is everything you might possibly need in the kitchen which is well laid out. The beds are very comfy, it was quite difficult to get out of them on Sunday morning to be out by 10 😀. Amy was very helpful when we had an issue with the showers. Great stay and highly recommended.

Katie’s cottage was in a great location, very close to the station, Salt Mills galleries, lovely pub, lovely park and shops and restaurants all easily walkable. The cottage itself was very interesting in a historic sense, but comfortably and conveniently modernised. Both beds (including chair bed) were comfortable. The kitchen facilities were very good. Check-in was straightforward. Peaceful historic location in the heart of Saltaire.

Lovely clean flat with all amenities-super extra touches with fresh flowers, milk, biscuits etc. Great local maps with information about shops, restaurants and attractions. In fact the whole experience really could not have been better!

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

Lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Very warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, Suzanne and Ian who were there to meet me and explained how everything worked. Welcome pack a nice bonus and very much appreciated after a long drive. Flat was beautiful, light and airy but at the same time, homely and welcoming. Very peaceful location and felt very safe there, something very important to me as a female guest staying on my own. Great communication and the few queries I had during my stay were answered very quickly. Local shop within walking distance for anything you might need and a coffee shop which looked very inviting and a must try venue for next time. All-in-all, a wonderfully relaxing stay.

A charming well appointed little apartment. It was beautifully clean and tidy. If Main Street Haworth is your focus it’s quite a steep walk to get there but worth it. Having free parking so close is a real bonus. Dealing with Ruth was easy and she was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely little place to stay. I'm glad Emma helped with the directions as Google maps found it difficult, but I got there eventually. There are quite a few steep steps down from the parking area to consider but I'm sure Emma will take that into consideration for others who might struggle there. Communication was top notch and extra info.given for the number of a local taxi service. Lovely room with separate ensuite bathroom. Very peaceful setting. Lovely to hear only the birds in the morning. Only a half mile walk into town with all its amenities.

A perfect home from home - everything has been thought about what you could need. Perfect location, very close to bus routes into York but so peaceful to come back to after a busy day exploring. Great to have some basic provisions provided - the lemon cake gets a special mention, Jill was very kind to make it dairy free for my wife, extra delicious. A great place to stay and highly recommend!

A beautifully appointed, stylish downstairs flat with exceptionally tasteful decor and fittings all to a very high standard. A luxurious kitchen with everything provided including complimentary teas and coffee as well as milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated and a good range of quality kitchen appliances and crockery. Excellent host who communicated perfectly and provided clear instructions about the facilities available. We definitely have this on our list for a return visit sometime and have already recommended it to friends and family.

This is an excellent base if you are visiting York. Its a really comfortable and well equipped apartment with a lovely view from the balcony.

Great location quiet, easy to get to. We stopped just 1 night so didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it had all you would need. Plenty big enough for 2 people with really comfy bed and large bathroom with walk in shower . Would definitely stay there again

Jackie’s spacious Airbnb was 5 star+. This was the best Airbnb we had stayed in. The location was peaceful and quiet. Jackie had thought of everything to make it feel like home. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. The kitchen had everything required to self cater. The basket of goodies was much appreciated. Very comfortable bed with extra pillows and crisp white linen. The large bathroom included a washing machine and a fabulous shower. Communication with Jackie was easy and she was quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting York and it’s surrounds.

We had a fantastic 4 day visit to the beautiful city of York based on Jenny's well located listing. Very rare spot at the center of it all, with large, excellent, Marks and Spencer grocers right out the front door. All the excitement of adjacent narrow passage ways through the Shambles. One of the best parts of being so close was the easy ability to wander through in the morning hours, before the other many tourists visiting York begin to crowd in. Comfortable flat, super-friendly and communicative host.

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

Excellent apartment, we stayed for the week as we were going to a wedding in Harrogate. The apartment was so central to everything, the bus station, the train station, and the main shopping area. The apartment itself was equipped to the highest standard, and the extras Maureen provided were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this area. And I would certainly book this place again when visiting Harrogate. Thank you to the host Maureen, your home was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay, the view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a great shower. Less than a 15 minute walk into Otley with a variety of restaurants and a large range of pubs. Great locations for exploring and Chevin Forest is on your doorstep.

We had a lovely one night stay! Lovely location and the flat was lovely and clean. Great hot tub!

Bob kept in touch from when we made the booking and made our stay pleasant throughout. It was interesting to meet him, and he was happy to share his knowledge of the area. His place is clean, comfortable with beautiful views, spacious, and on top of that, a lovely loaf of homemade bread, fresh milk, and orange juice. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.
