If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

Federica’s place was amazing. Directly across from the beach, shops and restaurants are literally a three minute walk away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, had all modern amenities and everything was effortless. We checked in on an extremely hot day and were pleasantly surprised to find the place pre-cooled at 26 degrees. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at globally, and we will definitely be back. For guests visiting from overseas, I would suggest Ostia as an alternative to staying in Rome. Finally a big thanks to Federica and her father for making our stay perfect.

This stay was exactly what we were hoping for after a very busy 2 weeks travelling through Italy. The scenic views and peacefulness is so rare to find nowadays and the fact we are both huge fans of Normal People is a bonus Giada and her family were very welcoming and so kind to take us shopping and transport to and from the station nearby. This will be a stay that we’ll never forget and will hope to one day stay again in the future if we get the chance!

This is our third time staying in one of Muna's apartments, and we plan to return again. Great location with incredible views, beautiful sunsets, easy access to stores, restaurants, beaches, and anything else you need. Muna is a very attentive and friendly host.

This was our first time in Rome and we could have not selected a better place to stay. Everything was as described, Raffaella was a great host and provided excellent recommendations. Trevi Fountain right outside the window!!!

Alessandro was a great host. Responsive, kind and very helpful. Easy to communicate with. His space is in a wonderful neighborhood and walkable to all the attractions Rome has to offer! The bed is in a loft and may be a little tricky to navigate if you have any accessibility needs but other than that, it was rustic, clean and a lovely stay!

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, and it was super helpful that the host met up with us to give clear instructions and make sure we were settled in. Made everything easy and stress-free.

Loved our stay! Great set up, great location, and really responsive host. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed and the views are INCREDIBLE from the house. There’s also a nice coffee place just downstairs that opens early. Highly recommended!

Paola’s studio apartment is perfect for a couple. The communications from arrival to departure, the location, the amenities and suggestions were spot on. The breakfast treats she left for us were delicious. Unique to Paola’s apartment were travel tips from the apartment to sights of interest in little boards by the door so planning our journeys ended up being really easy. While it is a little out of town, getting around was really easy as the area is well connected with buses, metro and train. Termini was reachable in just over 20 minutes, and Fiumicino was just under an hour away. There are gems of cafes, gelatarias, restaurants etc as well as supermarkets all within a stone’s throw. Our favourites were Il Gelataria, MiMo cafe (both directly opposite the main entrance to the apartment), Pizza chef for award winning pinsere, and Les Amis wine bar for aperitivo. Stefano est un excellent hôte, très accueillant et très réactif. Plein de petites attentions à notre arrivée nous ont fait très plaisir ! Stefano se plie en 4 pour que tout se passe bien, il aime le contact avec ses locataires. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. Le lit est super confortable. Compter 10 minutes pour aller à la gare à pied. Le train nous amène à Termini en 30 minutes environ. Pour un séjour au calme, ne pas hésiter à louer ce bien. Amazing neighborhood to stay at and explore Rome. Lot of things to do nearby and great food to explore. The apartment is as described and very convenient for a short stay!

Die Unterkunft war sauber, geräumig und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Raul war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, daher sollte man etwas mehr Zeit für Fahrten in die Stadt einplanen – das wussten wir aber vorher und es war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen! 😊

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Kleine Wohnung für Max 3 Leute. Sehr sauber und ordentlich angetroffen. Alles Wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Im Haus selbst ist die Wohnung eine kleine Zreppe hoch gelegen. Sie ist komplett im Ikea Stil eingerichtet. Und das optisch ansprechend. Zwar sind einige Regale im Schlafzimmer oder Wohnzimmer in unerreichbarer Höhe, aber sie runden das gestalterische Gesamtbild ab. Die Italiener haben andere Raumhöhen. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. TV ist vorhanden, alle Sender italienisch. Plattenspieler und CD Player, Schallplatten und Cd‘s in großer Auswahl.Ansonsten alles in guter Kondition. Waschmaschine im Badezimmer auch vorhanden, ebenso ein Bidet. Preis/ Leistung geht in Ordnung.

L'appartement loué par Naoki est vraiment unique. La terrasse à elle seule mérite cinq étoile.
