Welcome to our holiday home in idyllic Trevignano Romano, a short 5 minute stroll to Lake Bracciano and its tranquil beaches. Perfect for those looking for relaxation, nature and authentic food in winter and summer. Casa Sandia is a lovingly renovated, stylish split-level apartment that comfortably sleeps four people. Just an hour’s drive from central Rome, Trevignano Romano is a gorgeous and historic village with a quaint, cobbled old town, full of restaurants and cafes serving local cuisine.

Delightful apartment in the vibrant heart of the eternal city! A small, very bright attic, with three small balconies where you can sip a coffee and admire the view! The apartment has been completely renovated and embellished with design elements! The house is located in the magnificent Esquilino district, a historic neighborhood from the late 19th century, a stone's throw from Termini Station, Colosseum and Fori Imperiali, San Giovanni. Well connected to the Vatican area and the Spanish Steps.

On 2nd floor:one double-bed room, living room with large sofa-bed, dining room with additional sofa bed, two bathrooms, live-in kitchen. On 3rd floor: large panoramic terrace with views over Rome and the lake; access to small kitchen, single bed and bathroom. Cats and little and medium dogs are allowed.

Located between the towns of San Valentino and Abbateggio, set in the Majella National Park and thirty minutes easy drive from the beautiful Pescara beaches. This is a truly wonderful location for relaxing. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen the apartment has a full size baby cot, high chair and baby bath as well as children's toys. There is also parking and private patio area with a BBQ.

Trionfale Market 5 minutes away. I also own "Mary's Vatican Garden" for 4 people in the same location, also with a garden that borders this apartment. If you are a group, I can accommodate 10 people Supermarket 24h bank pharmacy taxi restaurants pizzerias. Furnished garden lit for romantic dinners outdoors.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

a Peaceful Hilltop Haven

Trastevere is one of the most picturesque areas in the city. The district has an authentic feel and the independent shops and cafes are frequented by locals. Tram and bus stops are located on Viale di Trastevere 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Parking: parking on the road is possible. Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.
