Lovely stay in Smiths lake, feel like you’re up in the trees. Note there is a steep driveway and many stairs to get into the home.

Jane's place is close to the beach. Along the beaches, there are plenty of playgrounds for children. Shopping is also within walking distance. Loved it

Great place with a 5min walk to Flynn’s Beach. The property had everything you need to enjoy a nice relaxing stay. The bedrooms were good, bunk beds equiped with extra blankets and pillows which was great for the kids. Large secured backyard and side access which was great for our dog. The house is close to a cafe, pizza shop / restaurant, Asian restaurant and pharmacy, Flynns beach is just across the road. Great spot!

Fabulous chilled out beach side weekend with adult children and 2 x dogs. Hosts have a perfect house to relax, surf or take in beach scenery walks. House well appointed with fur family perfectly considered. Paul and De are great hosts. Thank you

We absolutely had the best time here. The property is beyond amazing. The best sunset ever! So much to do, from fishing, crabbing, riding bike around and enjoying the fire at night. Neil is super friendly! Even gave us mud crab that he freshly caught! Communication is amazing! Gayle is super fast at responding. We will be coming back here for sure. Thank you so much

We had a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly comfortable and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was immaculately clean on arrival, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. A special thank you for allowing us to bring our dogs — the property was perfect for them, with great facilities and a secure, pet-friendly setup that made our stay stress-free. We really appreciated being able to include them in our holiday. The location was absolutely fantastic — close to everything we needed yet peaceful and private. We stayed at Maria and Harry’s beautiful property for a very special and emotional farewell with our two beloved dogs. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. The space was calm, welcoming, and surrounded by nature — exactly what we needed. The property itself was incredibly well equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay as smooth and relaxing as possible. We enjoyed walks in town, visits to the beach, and quiet time in the lovely garden — creating precious memories we’ll always hold close. Maria and Harry were kind, responsive, and thoughtful hosts. We loved our stay at Linga Longa. The place is so picturesque. The cottage is extremely comfortable and well-equipped. Vickie is very responsive and easy to reach. We would love to go back!

We had an amazing stay at Becker 94. Our Border Collie had come with us and we felt right at home! It was cozy and Maryla was super helpful when we needed anything! She even went above and beyond to mail our house keys back to us after we left them there. Unfortunately we visited in winter so couldn’t take advantage of the amazing pool so we will definitely be back in summer next time! Cannot recommend this place enough for a relaxing weekend.

Turtle crossing, what a beautiful serene place. We got to enjoy this charming property right after the recent heavy rains to the Mid Coast, and we were very close to cancelling, but we were oh so happy that we committed to our trip, and got the opportunity to explore this beautiful part of NSW. In the rain, in the clouds, in the fog, or in the sun, this property shines bright. There is so much to enjoy about the open space in the living areas as was in the gorgeous surrounding landscape. Very secluded setting with everything is provided. A fully stacked kitchen, generous amount of bedrooms & beds and endless games & activities makes this suitable for all families or groups wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Jenni & Clive are amazing hosts, and I can’t praise either of them enough for their generosity and friendliness in the buildup, during and after our stay. We will be back

Had the most beautiful stay at Eamonn's on the river. The place is so sweet & exactly as described and pictured... such a serene escape with beautiful scenery, great amenities & hosts to match. We enjoyed sitting by the lake and outdoor fire place every evening which was stocked with wood and fire lighters to get us on our way. It was my hubby's bday while away & Eamonn went to the extremely kind trouble of baking a scrumptious cake to celebrate which he delivered to us. We also got to mingle with a litter of puppies which was a treat & added bonus : ). Eamonn came to the rescue when my husband has an allergic reaction as well , promptly bringing over some antihistamines early in the morning. Twas a perfect weekend, owed to the place and hosts. Thanks so much for having us and spoiling us!

Fantastic Place. Loved absolutely everything. Huge bonus that we could have our beloved doggo with us. The pool and Tennis court were well used by us as was the back verandah where we ate, played games and just chilled. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

We had a really lovely stay at Paul’s cottage. We were looking for a peaceful weekend away from Sydney and we found just that. We really enjoyed walking around the property and being away from the busy city. We spent the day exploring Tuncurry/Forster which was an easy drive away. We spent the afternoons relaxing near a lovely wood fire, admiring the river view. We really enjoyed how hospitable Paul and Kerry were, their attention to detail, and going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed some of the lovely treats left in the cabin for us and would love to visit again soon.

What a beautiful home and location. Liz and Tom were helpful from booking through to checkout. The house is so well equipped and peaceful…. We didn’t end up leaving… except to walk to the beautiful and very quiet beach! The pool is perfect and there was lots of room to sit, relax and read a book! We will definitely be back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shack 33. On arrival the property looked immaculate and very welcoming. The gardens and lawns were beautifully maintained. The hosts have literally thought of everything at this property. We arrived to a light, airy and tastefully decorated cabin, that just felt like home. I loved that the crockery and serving dishes were good quality, and having handmade pottery teapot and serving plates was a treat. The kitchen is lovely to cook in, and the Weber was great for cooking a locally purchased steak! (Make sure you visit the local butcher) A bottle of good wine and some chocolates on arrival were appreciated, and milk in the fridge too. Condiments are provided also. Even the puppy was thought of with toys and a lead! Communication was so easy and Linda was quick to respond. Thank you so much for a wonderful, restful break in delightful surrounds, We will be back.

Stefan & Tricia’s place was perfect for our needs - we were 7 adults & it was great to have multiple living areas. I appreciate that they allow dogs & the back-yard was very secure & close to a dog friendly beach. The outside shower was really handy to have as well. The area itself was great with plenty to do.

It’s a fantastic stay. Beautiful Lakehouse. Great for a family of 4. Got plenty to do at the premises, sauna by the lakeside, kayaking at Cooma Bay and cooking in the beautiful kitchen with the freshly picked vegetables from the garden. Also, there are two lovely doggies, Matilda and Bella checked us in and out. Amazing host!

Roz was super accommodating with our last minute request to stay. We were so grateful to have a ‘home away from home’, for the duration of a course I was attending nearby and to share the cosy, private and peaceful space with our dogs. The sofa bed I front of the fire was a big novelty for our daughter, and we all stayed very warm thanks to the plentiful firewood provided. Beautiful north western mountain views from the elevated site and wonderful sunsets to wind down with in the evening. Comfy beds, fresh linen and quiet nights left us all refreshed and ready to explore and enjoy the wonders of Biripi and Worimi country. Thanks Roz! I will certainly recommend.

We've stayed at Dans a few times now, always so easy to communicate with and his place is in a great spot! We'll be back again :)

We went to see the Ironman competition and could not spend a lot of time at the place. However, we loved everything about it. Scott is a friendly and helpful host. The studio is a great find and I would definitely recommend it. In short, we had a great weekend and will return as soon as we get the chance to explore the area. A great little tip is the nursery a short stroll away, which serves great coffee and good breakfasts.

This was our third stay at “Haven on George,” and I can’t praise this villa enough! The property is stunningly designed and spotlessly clean. Its location is perfect, just a quick drive to the beach, local shops, and cafes, while still offering a private retreat. The host was exceptionally attentive and made our return visit completely hassle-free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
