Very cozy, spacious and peaceful accommodation and still just two kilometers from the ski resort.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was well-maintained and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

We had a very happy time at Sandra's house. Everything was new, tidy and clean. We feel like in our own home. The house, its garden and setting were beautiful, the view from the windows was beautiful, like an artistic photo. We were 3 people and our daughter slept very well on a mattress we put in the living room. In the nearby small town of Hankasalmi there are supermarkets with everything you might need, and with a nice beach and walk in the lake. The town of Jyväskylä has about 140000 inhabitants and is about a 45 minute drive. Sandra and her family have been very kind, all the time due to what we might need. They have prepared their barrel sauna for us every day and it has been a very pleasant experience, with bathing in the river. We have also used their standup paddle boards to navigate the river. In short, we believe that Sandra's place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend some quiet days in a lovely environment.

This is such a special place - we spent five peaceful nights at the cabin enjoying outdoor cooking/meals, cozy rainy mornings, kayak paddles, wildlife, sauna and swimming. It is rustic luxury and we cannot recommend it enough. We thank the hosts for such an amazing experience and sharing their beautiful place.

Simo's house on the lake was a wonderful place to call home while working for a week in Jyväskylä. The house was lovely and always a good temperature. But the highlight was the sauna and lake access. I would highly recommend Simo's place.

Comfortable accommodation on all sides. The place is neat and spacious, with lots of natural light. There's plenty of cooking snacks for a few days' visit. The host has clear instructions and responds quickly to messages. Excellent location. Fire services nearby, easy and quick access to the city center. Quiet residential area. We'd love to come back 👍🏻

I stayed at this place again. Everything was fine, just like last time. Of course, now there were more pillars on the beach, etc., which were challenging for my other dog, but this is not the fault of the host.🙂🙂 Quick walk to the Pavilion where I was at our company's stand. Everything was neat and the job rocked!

Really neat, quiet and compact apartment with great views. The check-in instructions were clear and the owner responded to messages quickly and kindly. Glazed balcony and air heat pump are a big plus.

The apartment was very beautiful, clean, and cozy. Everything was working just fine. It was a little worried that the mopeds who drove past that Friday night were disturbing our sleep, but the street next door quieted in time. Quiet, apartment clean and good sauna. Comfortable views from the balcony and the harbor cafe just across the street. It's easy to get here! Free parking garage parking at least during my visit. Paid parking is easy to find. I'd love to come back. Very friendly instructions over the phone when I arrived.

We had a wonderful time at Arjas Cottage. It is all we hoped and asked for. Very tranquil in the middle of nature directly at the lake. We went fishig and enjoyed the beautiful landscape. Arja was super helpful. She even organized a boat engine for us. The sauna was our highlight. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay there with our 3 teenagers. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday. There are also lots of activities for everyone to enjoy at the house. Jari is a great and caring host. He answered all our questions ahead of our arrival and gave us clear explanations at the check-in... It made our stay so enjoyable!

We had a great stay in the little cabin on the lake. It is really quiet, no direct neighbors. Communication was straightforward, friendly and helpful. The cottage is well equipped, we lacked nothing. What you might want to know is that the stairs to the sleeping area are really steep. All in all, you can spend a time here.
