A spacious balcony opens an unobstructed lake view in the direction of the city center. Beach. Dedicated parking spot next to the lower door. The area has beautiful and diverse jogging terrains and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive dishes, appliances, sleeping places for four, 65” smart TV with streaming services, air source heat pump, hammock, etc.).

Powerful studio next to university campus

The apartment is located next to the old campus of Harju and the university. Grocery store (K-market Kymppi), Hippos, Aalto Alvari, libraries (university + city) and downtown within short walks. Parking on the side of the street is free on weekdays from 8pm to 8am, Sat from 4pm to 8am, Sun all day. For the rest of the time 3€/h. Nearby parking house P-Cygnaeus (0.50-2€/h).
