Our cozy house is perfectly situated in relation to the water, the small cozy beach, our "almost" own bathing bridge at the end of the road, and the active city. Our pet cat Chille is at home while you are there and will have food just like the rabbit outside - we make sure that there is food ready. Throughout the house there is a really good indoor climate due to the ventilation system There are great opportunities for lovely trips to the islands and other sights, but on the whole our area is just hugely nice to be in.

Relax in this unique and quiet home, where there is also fast internet and the possibility of office work with sea views. The house is from 1869 and lovingly renovated, with underfloor heating throughout the house, large nice bathroom, new open kitchen, cozy living room, entrance and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Sommerhus direkte til vandet. Idyllisk lille sommerhus på 15 m2 beliggende på 900 m2 ugeneret grund. Huset ligger ved skønne Elsehoved 3 km syd for Lundeborg, og med både skov og vand som nabo. Huset er velindrettet med seperat toilet. Vær opmærksom på at der kun er bruser udenfor. Denne er med afskærmning samt varmt vand. Der er bålsted med tilhørende gryder og pande. Desuden 2 havkajakker samt SUP boards til fri afbenyttelse. Sengen er en sovesofa med mulighed for at benytte topmadras.

Upstairs there are 6 bedrooms. Amenities include: Billiards in the henhouse, grand piano, toys, espresso machine, and a huge garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests must provide their own final cleaning. Electricity consumption is charged at DKK 2.30/kWh (around DKK 40-50 per day for normal consumption).

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

(Will follow in English) Fantastisk charmerende sommerhus, med eminent beliggenhed! Følelsen af at stå på dækket af et skib, da havet og skøn strand er 4 meter nede for huset. Der er trappe ned til stranden. Smuk 180 grader view over Storebælt, både inde fra huset og fra terrassen. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er både sol hele dagen :-) Den er 26 meter bred og udgør hjertet af vores ældre, men skønne sommerhus.

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little seaside hotel. Good, new beds, down comforters, air dried cotton linens, good soaps, the best linen. Pretty much all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is a nearly 100-year-old lady and all the memories the house contains life, is part of the charm of the house.
