Tranquility and beautiful nature close to the beach. This small apartment of 24 m2 is connected to a smaller landlord's place. It is located in the most beautiful nature with birdsong and abundant wildlife outside the windows. Walk 300 meters above the field and you are by the beach. There is a private terrace connected to the apartment. There are insect nets in the patio door, so sleep too open door and enjoy the sounds of the night. Bring your food and a bottle of wine to the hilltop of the field and enjoy the magnificent views of fields and beach. There is a dog on the property.

The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Plenty of space for outdoor games. BBQ and many outdoor games for activities in the garden. Note: bring your own charcoal. Electricity is charged separately. In addition, your own modern kitchen with bar, dining area, stove and dishwasher as well as a toilet and newly renovated bathroom in the basement, which you also have to yourself - access to washing machine and dryer as well as access to 2 small terraces.

It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary barbecue in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cabinets, flat screen 55”, Langeland has a golf course, hiking, art, galleries, lovely beaches and the wildest nature.

It's a fantastic apartment and it matched the description perfectly. We spent a lot of hours on the sofas, with the beautiful view. We can only recommend others to stay with Sophia.

A great home, clean, nicely decorated, great location with its own beach 5 minutes away! We were there with 6 children, so 8, and there was even a room available, with 2 beds. The music room with a grand piano, the billiard room, the garden (we saw rabbits and a pheasant, towards the beach also deer and a fox) - all this kept the children busy. And we are happy together! It has been a really nice stay in Johan's apartment. Great location right in the middle of the city and close to the harbor and close to lots of eateries, cafes, inns, etc. I couldn't see in the listing that there is a roof terrace, but there is and we needed it in full sunshine. There is plenty to see and experience in the area and we did not have enough days for everything we wanted to see and experience, so we will definitely come back. The only thing we were missing was an ice cube tray, so we could get ice cubes in our drinks on the roof terrace☀️☀️ and the cushions could do with an upgrade😉 Johan responded quickly to my inquiries, so it was good service. All in all, a wonderful Ascension holiday

What a wonderful place! I was on a weekend in Svendborg with my mother, who was very excited about everything about Mette's beautiful basement apartment. The interior was complete, clean, nothing was missing and everything was easy. Mette was a really good host, so a clear recommendation!
