Monthly Rentals in Lake Union

My stay was from November - mid March while I searched for a permanent home. Bryan was very responsive and flexible in accommodating me checking in 1 night earlier than expected. The location is very convenient, especially for tourists who want walkable access to Fremont’s amenities, and the troll is a 1 minute walk. Bryan was very responsive and helpful when I reported an ant problem. The ants were the only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness since they carry diseases and pathogens. They are very difficult to eradicate and unfortunately finally went away when I only had a few days left of my stay. Otherwise my stay was comfortable, cozy, and welcoming. Bryan was responsive whenever supplies needed to be refilled or if there was an issue - even during the holidays. Street parking is tough every day. The garage was my favorite amenity for this reason. I loved the koi fish and patio. The low ceilings were no big deal for a short king. Not handicap recommended. Not much light comes in.

Brian was an accommodating host and we enjoyed our week of stay at this space. It was conveniently located near a bus station that goes downtown and it’s in a very peaceful side of Seattle. We had everything we need in the space and it was helpful to also have the extra TV room for storing luggage. Bonus for having the company of Flash who will occasionally come down to be pet!

This was truly the perfect home base for my first few months back in Seattle for a return-to-office mandate. The space had everything I needed. It was comfortable, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up. The location is fantastic, close to everything but still peaceful. And the hosts were absolutely the best - attentive, friendly, and genuinely so welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough!

It was a very pleasant stay, as advertised, responds quickly, hospitable. I didn’t realize there was no TV or microwave before I got there. She was resourceful enough to get me a microwave. I would definitely recommend her place for future travelers PS: Sometimes the stumping upstairs was loud... other than that it was great
