Yvette was a phenomenal host from start to finish. She was extremely responsive and helped my family even on a late night whim when our hotel had booked our room to someone else! While the night started out rough for us with that, Yvette was so accommodating and was able to give us a place to stay. I am grateful that she was there to open her home to us. The home is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean! The beautiful serenity that is the backyard is so peaceful to just sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee while the kids played in the yard. We came for a wedding and the location is just a short 25 min to the Heartwood Acres venue! Sheets on the beds were extremely tidy and everything looks very well maintained. If I had any questions, Yvette was on top of it! If I should ever find myself staying in this quaint little town again, I would absolutely stay here! Thank you Yvette so much for everything!

House was very nice and well maintained. Lake view was also nice. It’s a relatively secluded place, which is what we wanted. You can use Instacart and Uber eats, so that worked well for us. The lake had few fish and was not a lake we’d swim in (which obviously isn’t the host‘s fault.) We did use the kayaks and spend a good amount of time on the lake. There are lots of games to play. Decorations were fun and we appreciated the espresso machine. Check in was easy. Communication with host was great.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It was plenty of room for our crew of 9 and doggies. Some areas of the house could use some love, like the bathrooms, but overall great place and kind hosts. We loved our time on the boat, again spacious enough for the whole family!

We recently had to book this home last minute to evacuate from a hurricane, and I couldn’t be happier with our choice. The hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodating both before and during our stay, which made a stressful situation much easier. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very clean and cozy home, complete with a lovely view. We even had the pleasure of meeting some friendly neighbors who made us feel right at home. This place was absolutely perfect! My family and I visit Lake Sinclair every summer for a week with our three kids (all under 10) and my in-laws. We’ve stayed at a different Airbnb each year, but this is the first one in the past seven years that we all agreed we’d love to return to. The location was ideal — a private boat ramp, deep water off the dock for swimming and fishing, and plenty of space for tubing right from the dock. There’s even a nearby beach at a marina with a water park that our kids loved. Crooked Creek Marina was just a 10-minute boat ride away, perfect for grabbing lunch and drinks. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with more than enough bathrooms for everyone. Our favorite spot was the back porch — we spent every evening out there grilling and relaxing. The kids especially enjoyed the cozy day bed! Highly recommend this home for a fun and relaxing family getaway — we’re already talking about coming back next year!

Great host with a great property. We spent a few days here over the thanksgiving holiday. Large family and we all slept comfortably. We highly recommend and will be back!

Staying here was absolutely worth it! Not only was the home beautiful and comfortable, but Brad and Alanna clearly put so much thought into every detail. The extras they provided — like the coffee, s’mores station, ice pops (which totally won over my daughter!), a detailed guest guide, kayaks, and a fully stocked kitchen — made the stay feel extra special. We truly felt at home thanks to their thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back. Thank you again!

Very nice home with great waterfront views. The home has everything you need for you stay and feels like your right at home. Everything was clean and very well put together. Nice size waterfront lot with a dock to park a boat and shallow water for children to swim if you don’t have a boat! Very helpful and responsive host. Would highly recommend and definitely will book again.

The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

This was our third annual family lake weekend and this was by far the BEST. The home was beautifully appointed with plenty of room to spread out. The amenities for fun on the lake were more than expected. The location is convenient, the water was pristine and the views were spectacular. We look forward to returning for our 4th annual trip. If you are looking for an ideal space to enjoy Lake Sinclair, this should be your first choice. You won't be disappointed.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Great location and absolutely loved the property! It was so relaxing and peaceful! One of the best vacations ever. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards available. Super close to the water which made it even better. Definitely will be back to stay again

Derek was more the helpful from start to finish. There was nothing I didn't need he didn't have or went out and got. Very respectful and all around great guy. The place it self fit every need I had for my trip and will definitely book again. 5 stars🌟

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet but close to everything we needed.

Matt’s place is a fantastic Airbnb, lots of room and super comfortable. It was the perfect accommodations for us along with our adult kids and our nephew and his family. The place is exactly as described and the neighborhood is great. We were attending a family wedding in Greensboro and this location was perfect. It would also be great if you needed a larger place to stay for a Georgia game or even graduation. It’s exactly an hour to Athens.

We loved our stay here! The host was proactive and extremely helpful. The place was clean and had a great vibe. We will definitely be staying again!

My adult friend and I stayed at Cove's End for a long weekend while visiting Atlanta and Macon. We had planned to stay in Milledgeville but college graduations caused hotels to fully book. We found Cove's End, and were pleasantly surprised. Despite much needed rain over the weekend we stayed, preventing us from using the deck or sitting on the lovely chairs near the lake, we loved Cove's End. The home was easy to find, easy to access, beautifully decorated, well stocked with lovely dishes, top notch appliances, and very comfortable. I highly recommend Cove's End to anyone staying visiting within 45 minute drive from Sparta. When we are back in the area, we'll definitely stay here again. Lauren is a terrific host, very friendly and helpful, and quickly responds to any inquiries.

Katie's place is amazing. Had everything we could have wanted or needed. The beds were super comfortable. Great location, a short drive to everything. The views were absolutely breathtaking. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to relax this is it for sure!!

Dana is an amazing host. This property is truly a hidden gem. To wake up to a lake in the back yard and families of deer strolling through without a care is a welcomed alternative to the hustle and bustle of regular life. I was born and raised in the area and live not to far away; however, we felt we were a world away from home. Dana reached out with so much great information about the house and the area. She knew our names and took care of all logistics for us. The home is gorgeous and spacious and smells amazing. The kitchen stocked well and we were in close proximity to everything. Our family fished steps from the back door. I want to keep this little piece of Heaven to myself but I know its best to share. Thanks Dana...we will be back!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of space and was perfect for our needs. Having four full bathrooms was a huge bonus. Mary communicated very well and answered all of my questions. Mary also provided some great recommendations on things to do in the area and places to eat. Would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful place. We loved everything about it

The Bird House was beautiful! The view was spectacular and peaceful. The home is well appointed and has plenty to offer. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. barbecue grills, and the lake views. Eatenton is just 20 minutes away with several stores and restaurants!

We absolutely loved this place! Had a great time grilling, kayaking and just relaxing while enjoying the view and sound of frogs from the amazing deck. Kari was very sweet and accomodating. Highly recommend.

We had the best experience staying here. The owners were so welcoming and very nice. We loved being on the lake in the beautiful home. We had an amazing time and will most likely be booking again in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area!
