Cannot say enough about this amazing place! 5 star all the way. Views you can’t believe! Wonderful hosts always available for anything you need. Bed was amazing! Loved the hiking right off the property and the relaxing soak in the hot tub, steam room, sauna and pool before and after. You really don’t need to go anywhere else. We ordered food and picked it up right down the street so we could sit on our deck and stare at the beauty of the place while we had dinner. Wonderful wine available in your room. I will definitely be back!!! Ps….incredible massage steps away from our room as well. Pay the money ! GO! You will be happy you did!! Barbara and Brian

We loved our stay! The home was perfectly located to everything. Amazing hikes, golf, sitting poolside, shopping and we rented ATVs to go off roading. We even took a 1/2 day trip to the the South Rim of the Grand Canyon only 2 hour drive. Home was extremely clean and well stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely book again!

Nicole's place was the perfect stay for our anniversary. The home is the perfect middle location between The Village of Oak Creek and Downtown Sedona, making everything a 5-15 minute drive. Chapel of the Holy Cross was an incredible stop while we waited to check in, and there are plenty of hikes and views within a couple minutes of the rental. The only "issue" was that the house and pool were so relaxing that I didn't want to leave. Clark's Market had a great selection of food and drinks, and the grill was easy to operate. Skylights provide plenty of natural light throughout the home, the master bath was incredible and the hot-tub was the perfect place to enjoy at the stars at night. We would love to return here with family and extend our stay. Cannot recommend it enough.

Loved staying at this Airbnb. Perfectly located right outside of downtown Sedona. Close to a number of iconic trailheads. Gayle was a great host with a beautiful home!

The views from inside the home and the pool are beautiful! The neighborhood is quiet but close to hiking and restaurants. We loved everything about this house and location. Our only small complaint is that the pool cleaner did not seem to be working, and the net had a hole in it (which made it difficult to get debris out of the pool). Otherwise, our stay was perfect!

Family of five (3) three kids really enjoyed Carrie’s home. Beautifully designed and maintained. There was ample space. The kids enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was very high end. Our only issue was the lock to the front door being very complicated.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Everything is high end and feels right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and everything was labeled to make your life easier. Pool area is super private and the pool was super clean! Highly recommended!

Although we were there during some high heat, we had a lovely time and got up early for hikes and yoga in this amazing place. Will definitely come again and hope to find this place available since it is so conveniently located to everything and a real gem. Thanks for making our visit truly memorable!

I want to second the review from someone that said if you're worried about staying in a mobile home, don't be. My priority was having a private spot where I could be in nature and the back porch was a slice of heaven. I grilled the most perfect meals and was delighted to watch humming birds sipping on the feeder. I even witnessed a hawk munching on a critter. It's the perfect spot for peace and quiet but also close enough to town if you want to venture to shops and restaurants. Robin was the perfect host with attention to details that make your stay more enjoyable like free snacks and even a bottle of wine! Will definitely book again when I'm needing a quick escape from the Valley.

Nancy was very responsive and accommodating, the place was beautiful, comfortable and had everything you could possibly think of. She thought of everything. We felt right at home. Thank you for a wonderful and warm stay.

This house is wonderful! One of the nicest Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and neat! We loved it and can’t wait to come back soon.

We liked the space as soon as we walked in. 3 sofas in a good size living room, having a dining space was great............just overall relaxing and everything we needed and more. Sitting outside in the backyard in the warm sun and a large swing for 2 people was a treat as well. Frig had condiments and a special stand with treats on it, yum. Thank you Roseanne.

There were so many extra touches in the house that were thoughtful and made it more comfortable. Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time there

Wow, where do I start? I have stayed at many very nice Airbnb rentals, and Carissa/Mike's place is by far the best. The home is exactly as in the photos (if not better in person), has all the amenities one could think of and then some, and surrounded by gorgeous views in a peaceful, stunning neighborhood. It is only about 10-15 minutes drive to anywhere in Sedona. Carissa and Mike were very responsive and made everything so simple/easy (I have never seen a checkout instructions consisting of only 2 steps). I wished we could have stayed there the entire week - definitely would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We had a great weekend. Our boys (age 5 & 7) had so much fun playing corn hole, exploring the creek and swinging in the tree swing. The home is beautiful- perfect place for a peaceful relaxing weekend.

This was my second stay as I loved it so much the first time and it didn't disappoint. The home is simply charming, full of personal touches, clean, very well laid out, full of all the little things that made the week just perfect. The backyard grill came in handy, the location is perfect, central to so many places to visit. The beds are comfortable, linens clean and beautiful. There was nothing about this home I didn't enjoy except leaving it, I really didn't want to leave and I look forward to returning again. The hosts were extremely helpful, quick to respond to any question. First class experience.

Everyone in our group kept saying this place is a hidden treasure. We all felt very comfortable. It was fun having kayaks and this place being right on the water. There was plenty of everything for our stay. I can see why this place stays booked!

This was our second time having the pleasure to stay at Darryl’s place. We feel very at home here. It is peaceful, unique and just perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and we don’t need to bring our own towels or linens because his are perfect! We love having coffee on the back patio overlooking the river. We enjoyed plenty of wildlife, including our favorite crane. We brought our own records this time to enjoy and enjoyed a romantic dinner at the wonderful Moscato Italian restaurant again! Little Fox Ranch was definitely a 5+ in all areas. We picked Camp Verde as our base to stay while coming to Arizona to meet up with friends and jeep in the surrounding areas. This location was perfect for us since it was halfway between Flagstaff and Phoenix and easy to go to Sedona and areas around there. Also easy to get to Payson and Tonto National Forest. The house looked just like the pictures but even nicer when we stepped inside. Very clean and inviting and everything we needed was provided. The beds were really comfy with plenty of good pillows and plush towels. We enjoyed the fact that the neighborhood was close enough to I-17 for us to go different directions, but also once you turned off the road into the neighborhood, you felt like you were out in the ranches. We only regret we didn't have more time to spend here. It was great and John has thought of everything. One of the best Airbnb's we've stayed at and perfect for 2 couples to share.

Plenty of room to park if you had more than one vehicle, very comfy, roomy

Four of us stayed overnight while attending a reunion about 25 minutes away in the Village of Oak Creek near Sedona. This house fit our needs perfectly and was easy to find. We used the house for getting ready, overnight sleeping, plus morning coffee and it served those purposes well with comfortable beds for all and nice mugs.. We did bring our own coffee and coffee maker which is typical for us. One of my sisters slept in the bunk bed room that has an overhead ceiling light. She borrowed one of the bedside lamps from the queen room to plug in beside the lower bunk for easy reach lighting. Typically most kids don’t wake up in the middle of the night like adults. For adults potentially using that bedroom our suggestion is to have a small lamp available. Very nice space and it was great for sleeping. Thank you to the hosts.

Beautiful property with many amazing features!! Each bedroom had its own private bathroom which was nice! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Only recommendation would be darker curtains! 5AM sunrise in Arizona and bright bedrooms made for early mornings every day! Upon check in the key was missing so we had to contact the host to find the key. We spent lots of time enjoying the amazing pool!! Communication with host through Airbnb app was slow. Often needed to message twice to get a response. Text responses once we had a phone number were much more prompt! Overall we loved the property! We would stay again in a heartbeat! It’s a bit of a drive to nearby attractions but the out of town location and private location made it worth it!
