The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.

Easy 15 minute walk to downtown and minutes to the Flagstaff Urban Trail. No TV but we have great wifi Sleeps 2 in bed and 2 on futon (pillows and sleeping bags provided for futon, or linens are available upon request). Street parking on cul de sac during spring and summer, parking in driveway during winter.
