Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Monona

Was in the Milton area and needed somewhere to crash for the night. We are so happy we chose Jamie's place.

I am so happy I chose to stay with Sam and Bruce in their beautiful home. I felt relaxed and welcomed from the first moment, and Sam was full of recommendations for wonderful things to experience in Madison. A highlight of the trip was a concert at the Chamber Music Festival Sam runs—what an indelible memory! I can’t wait to stay with Sam and Bruce again on my future visits to Madison!

Angela's place was great and a great value for a weekend where I was just looking for a place to sleep. Sheets, towels and toiletries were clean and plentiful. She was very proactive in communicating what to expect, as well as being upfront about her very friendly, but not intrusive dog. Everything went very smoothly.

Meg was a very knowledgeable hostess - gave us detial information on places to go and things to do with young kids, shared great details of the history of the area. She was wonderful with kids. She let us use the kitchen to cook meals - which was very helpful to us. She was very kind to do some of our laundry. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely weekend at this beautiful house. We explored the area with the recommendations of Samatha and Bruce and enjoyed every moment of our cozy stay!

Such a beautiful stay! The wow factor when you pull up is just the start! We had the most amazing time and made so many wonderful memories staying at this beautiful historic home. From seeing fireflies in n the evening to morning coffee on the beautiful screen porch, we had the most wonderful family adventure. The third floor was setup perfectly for our twin girls in one room and our son in the other! Town of spring green close by was a family favorite and we had some amazing dinners/lunches there. 100% recommend you try this stay. Make sure to have good bug spray and you are set! Thanks so much to Sam and Bruce for sharing this wonderful place with us all!

Beautiful place all around, and excellent hosts. We loved hanging out in the evenings on the outdoor area with its view, despite the unexpected cold weather! Michelle and Brent provide a great combination of privacy and hospitality. We look forward to another stay if we’re in the area again.

April was there to greet me when I arrived and she left fresh eggs on the refrigerator. The farm and cottage are exactly as advertised. The setting is serene and peaceful. I really enjoyed getting a glimpse on the Wisconsin countryside and I have a true appreciation of the hard work and responsibility necessary to maintain a farm. I found the farm to be conveniently located for a number of destinations. (Ex : Mineral Point and New Glarus) The accommodations are spacious and comfortable.

My young son and I stayed two nights at this bed-and-breakfast. It was great! Very nearby house on the rock and the venue for the wedding we were attending. We forgot to bring a white noise machine, and they very generously offered a wireless speaker that worked well for our purposes. Breakfast was out of this world delicious. My son and I enjoyed playing chess and exploring all the unique details and decor. Mustard the cat was also a great host! Thank you, Irina and Daniel. It was a great stay!

A great place to stay if just looking for a place to crash! They are planning to do some renovations soon and we definitely will be back to check them out . The parking situation was difficult but we found a parking garage about a 10 minute walk away and all was well. Overall we had a great stay and will be back :)

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Steampunk Manor Bed & Breakfast. We stayed in The Rose Room for 2 nights. The room itself was beautiful and so were all the other rooms we were allowed to sit in. There were SO many interesting things to look at. Even a mandolin that Carl played for a bit and a pump organ we could try to play. The wrap around deck was lovely! We enjoyed it on 3 separate occasions - once to just sit and rocked on the porch swing, once as we sipped wine at one of the tables loving all the beautiful flowers and again in the morning sipping coffee at another table. And the 3 course breakfasts were superb! Never have we had such great food at an AirBnB that we stayed it. AMAZING! Daniel and Irina were wonderful hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at this fabulous bed and breakfast. ♥♥♥

Great place and greater hosts; the breakfast was to die for. Highly recommended.

The Hosts were wonderful and it was exactly the respite I needed. For a true B &B experience I highly recommend the Rectory.

Dorothy was so kind and flexible in our arrival. We enjoyed a beautiful fire in the evening and the room was so comfortable, cozy and clean. The farm area is so gorgeous and peaceful. Enjoyed our morning coffe on the front porch and she made pumpkin french toast for breakfast. A lovely getway that was very peaceful and a great value.

Just a quick stop in transit, but it was a very relaxing and comfortable one. Debi and Patrick were very kind and welcoming. Everything was spotless. I needed to leave early the next day, but Debi was kind enough to leave a delicious breakfast “parfait” (yogurt, fruit, and granola) in the fridge for me. Additionally, as a birdwatcher and nature enthusiast, I found nearby Horicon Marsh NWR absolutely stunning and full of life. I will definitely stay here again on my trips between home and the U.P.
