And as a starting point for excursions in beautiful North Jutland. Close to shopping: 2 km to Strandby, 10 km to Frederikshavn and 30 km to Skagen. No pets of any kind and no smoking

Relax in the countryside in our quiet home, walking distance to the beach. This small summerhouse is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with shower and hallway with stairs up to 1. Sal. Here is a small room with a bunk bed and kitchen in open connection with the living room. Our little house is located on a large plot overlooking fields. We have a large vegetable garden and chicken coop. The summerhouse is ideal as a base from where you can go on a trip to Skagen, Fårup summerland and FarmFun in Ålbæk.

The house is originally a house, built in 1782 with 4 ha of land. There were 50 tons of seaweed on the main house in 2017. Apartment B is made in the former barn and barn. And apartment A is the original farmhouse. For example, there's a feed crib, water post, and most places high ceilings. Under the seaweed roof, the back is visible. We have had the house since 2008 and therefore there has been the same owner for 54 years. We've kept a lot of old stuff. New floor heater, electricity, water and sewer have been made in 2018/19
