For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found better! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional. As for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.

First, there was a photo of the apartment entrance with the number, that's extremely useful and makes it much easier to find the rental. Then it was very easy to contact Bastien who immediately responded to texts and phone calls. He guided us to arrive at the apartment by phone conversation upon arrival. That also made finding the apartment much easier and much more relaxing. Then, the apartment was very well-equipped... and with a phone call Bastien arranged to get us what was missing. The key system was also very well done, with a key in a small box outside the apartment and also a set of keys inside the apartment. It made leaving the apartment very efficient. I would recommend this apartment and Bastien.

For a single person it's very good, but you still need a car to get around, it's better, otherwise it's very quiet because it's in a cul-de-sac, it's relaxing

We had a great vacation. The view from the apartment balcony is just great 🤩 and it is well-equipped and comfortable! In addition, we were lucky to have almost no rain despite high tides.

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!

Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the stock by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.
