We had a pleasant stay at Médéric's place. Médéric and Catherine are very responsive to messages. We were hosted very well by Catherine. The apartment is very pleasant and well-equipped. In addition, it is very well located, close to shops and the beach. We recommend this listing without hesitation!

No complaints, accommodation as described. Owen was very responsive and professional throughout the stay. Very quiet place with sea views and the sound of waves in the background.

Perfect two-day stay. The apartment is downstairs with a completely independent entrance and a private parking space. The accommodation is new, tastefully decorated and with quality amenities. Everything is planned to make you feel good. The host is very attentive and friendly. The setting overlooking the Erde is beautiful. I would highly recommend it Thanks, both of you.

Beautiful apartment! (don't let the rest of the building deter you: it's all clearly undergoing renovations). This flat is stunning, clean, quiet and peaceful. Jules met me at the flat with the key and talked me through some instructions and there's a folder with more helpful information on the coffee table.

We spent 4 absolutely perfect days and 3 nights in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The apartment is ideally located with an amazing view of the sea, even more beautiful than in the photos! Everything is perfectly thought out in the accommodation: clean, well-equipped, comfortable — nothing missing. It's a real cocoon, very relaxing. We'll be happy to go back. At the height of the service offered. The jacuzzi in the accommodation is the cherry on top, with a sea view, it's pretty good!! A bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge was for us, nice. We felt good there. Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!

This apartment has been tastefully designed. It has a lot of charm, is very practical and you feel really good there. The magic happened as soon as we walked through the door. We discovered the city and its surroundings but the first project was to relax, rest and recharge. This apartment was the right place. The ocean view on both sides from morning to night was really great too. Thank you for the welcome, hospitality and thoughtful touches.
