we stayed one night at this beautiful accommodation and booked last minute. Pauline and Martial were very responsive and everything was impeccable. Ideal location for everything on foot, a few meters from the beach, and close to shops and restaurants, bars, main street. accommodation as described, very clean, comfortable interior, we enjoyed the shutters for sleeping in the dark. the hosts were responsive and flexible to allow us to leave a little later, thank you very much. we recommend this listing without hesitation

Beautiful view of the ocean. Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Anything you need is present. Friendly and helpful owners. They will answer your questions immediately. For a single person it's very good, but you still need a car to get around, it's better, otherwise it's very quiet because it's in a cul-de-sac, it's relaxing

A rental that's the best of what you'd expect. Very clean, tastefully arranged and furnished. A thousand and one details, a thousand and one touches which are all positive points for a very pleasant rental in a very pleasant setting. In addition, a very responsive host and very willing to respond to your requests or inquiries. A plus that adds to all the above.

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!

Great week spent with my girlfriend! Perfect welcome and clean accommodation upon arrival. If we thought we had a problem with the shutters that let a little light in, Nadette and her friend arrived the next day to put a curtain in! Quiet place, close to everything + a swimming pool for a very reasonable price. Thank you Nadette! ☺️

Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the stock by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.

It went extremely well. Valérie and Christophe are very friendly, responsive hosts, even their dog is welcoming! We had a great time, the apartment is comfortable, bright and very nice, the terrace is a plus. We'll be happy to go back
