Monthly Rentals in Kučiće

Our family had the most wonderful week at Villa Lipa. Duje and his parents made us feel very welcome in their lovely house with the most magnificent view over the mountains. They always answered our questions fast and helped us regardless of what we needed assistants with. The house was lovely with the jacuzzi, and we appreciated that you had several different cozy places outside to hang in for dinner, drinks, breakfast, card games and barbeques. There was always a perfect spot. The garden was well kept, and we could even pick grapes and taste fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We could park the car just outside the house, you will need a car if you stay here but the beaches are still close and other attractions as well. Here we relaxed and had a wonderful stay and would recommend a stay at Villa Lipa any day.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

The vacation was beautiful. Super nice host family and a brand new apartment with absolutely top value for money. We will be back, definitely recommend.

Great place, there are options for parking if you go by vehicle, also there is a supermarket below in case you want to do daily groceries, you have down below one beach in 5mins although a bit of steep going down and up but manageable, couple of bars and restaurants as well. Another beach is 10mins walking that also has plenty of bars and restaurant for a meal and quite a lot of space for your beach accessories. The place is a enough for a couple and have everything you need for a couple of days and also there are trails to walk or even hike if you want so, overall a great experience!
