Our cabin is situated on our farm and is set amongst the trees and greenery. We are 2.5kms from the CBD PO on a quiet dead end road. The cabin has all the mod cons for a lovely peaceful stay after the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You have your own private entrance and a carport for your vehicle. The property is a wildlife sanctuary so you can enjoy the birds that abound in the trees but please no pets. We have our own who we are happy to share with you during your stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laura’s lovely studio! The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. One of the best things about this place is the location. It’s just a 14-minute walk to the supermarket, restaurants, and 3 mins walks to public transport, which made everything so convenient. Whether I needed a quick bite, groceries, or to get around the city,everything was within easy reach Thank You Laura!

A pure delight. The little cabin was exactly what we needed to break our trip from Lightning Ridge to Lake Macquarie. It was adorable. Nice and cosy and Janet had put the heat on for us so when we came out of the cold we could warm right up. The place was tidy, warm, clean and totally inviting. Not too far out of town to buy some takeaway chinese, but far enough to be away from the street lights and noise. Highly recommended.

Our second visit to ‘The short street cottage’. Needless to say the place didn’t stop amazing us everytime. The walk to creek and soaking in therapautic warm sun a perfect get away from a busy week! Well stocked pantry, cozily setup interiors, warm fireplace & goodies to welcome us, this place is well worth to visit. Craig's place is wonderful for those of us who like being out of the hustle and bustle of town. It was like a farm stay location with all the mod cons. Do ask for the lights and aircon to be on if you are arriving after dark. So good to be able to park undercover off the main road.

Such a great location, only a few minutes from Tamworth CBD. Cottage was in great condition with all the essentials available. Renae is a lovely host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The swing in the backyard was an added bonus we didn’t expect and the little one loved it. Thanks for having us!
