Vacation rentals with a patio in Kontokali

This place was everything we wanted for our stay in Corfu - before booking with Dafni’s place, we tried to book a different accommodation with a balcony and got told after paying that we would be in a different studio without a balcony…. So I was a little frazzled and frustrated when I stumbled upon Dafni’s place. And let me say - the accommodation was exactly like the photos with an excellent view out of the large balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would 100% recommend getting a car if you stay here as it’s not very walkable. Our hosts were extremely helpful and responsive and gave us not only beach and restaurant recommendations but also provided the car rental company we ended up using which worked great. There is also a place to park the car in front of the accommodation for free. All in all, I would definitely recommend Dafni’s place and whenever we make it back to Corfu we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay – the apartment was even better than expected: modern, spotless, and much more spacious than it looked in the photos. Everything felt new and well-designed. Alexander The host was kind, helpful, and very responsive. We stayed for four nights in June as a family of four. The location in Gouvia is ideal – 20 minutes from Corfu Town, close to beaches, and right across from a large supermarket and produce shop. Quiet area but close to restaurants and nightlife. The apartment is fully equipped: separate A/C units, fast Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets, a well-stocked kitchen, and a lovely shaded patio where we enjoyed breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, though we found the pillows a bit firm. The bathroom had great water pressure, hot water, and excellent drainage. Plenty of Towels, soap, and shampoo were provided. The host greeted us warmly with a bottle of wine and local tips. We’d gladly stay here again!

What a wonderful property. So many thoughtful touches and a lovely, hospitable host. We immediately felt right at home and was the perfect place to stay for a short trip to Corfu. Effy also gifted us with some little treats to take home and gave a brilliant recommendation for food on the last night after letting us stay by the pool before our late flight home. Thank you for the fabulous experience :) will be back for that Moussaka soon!

We stayed at the end of April during Easter, when most shops were closed, so we were pleasantly surprised – the hosts made sure we had water, coffee, tea, snacks, and other essential groceries waiting for us upon arrival. We are very grateful for such thoughtfulness and the warm welcome! The apartment itself was spacious, very clean and well-organized, with everything you might need during your stay. The location is very convenient for exploring the island – it's easy to get around by car. The only downside was that the apartment was a bit chilly at that time of year, but it was not a problem since we could heat it with the air conditioner. We highly recommend this place and would gladly return ourselves!

We had a really nice stay at the Palm tree apartment. It’s a new and stylish place, looked exactly like on the photos. We spent a week here with a toddler. The place is really quiet, even though it’s situated next to a frequent road. It’s like a small resort of apartment houses, with a pool and a nice pool bar where we could have breakfast. Communication with host was also excellent.

Leo’s place is even better than the photos! The view is gorgeous and it was spacious. Leo is a pleasure to liaise with & was very helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend and the sunset will not disappoint!

Great location and great rooftop view! Perfect place in old town Corfu

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for four nights while working remotely in Corfu after a long weekend with friends. It was perfect. The WiFi was really reliable and worked fine for video calls etc. It’s surprisingly large with two floors and two balconies with tables/chairs, a desk and large kitchen table, so plenty of workspace. Wonderful location near Mon Repos park (3 min walk to the entrance. 10minute walk to a beautiful secluded beach/swimming spot). 15min walk to a stretch of lovely coastline with great non-touristy restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Stratos House in Corfu was absolutely wonderful! The house itself is charming, clean, and beautifully situated—offering the perfect mix of traditional character and modern comfort. It felt like a true home away from home. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality of our host. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful—offering great local recommendations, making sure we had everything we needed, and always being available with a smile. The peaceful surroundings, stunning views, and thoughtful touches throughout the property made our stay unforgettable. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. From before we arrived Alexandros was communicative and helpful. The house is fantastic. To arrive & have food and drink in the fridge, and other treats, felt very special. They really have thought of everything and more. I can’t get over the view. Absolutely stunning. And to hear the sea lapping up on the shore. The walk to the almost deserted beach isn’t easy but well worth it. You definitely deserve a cold drink on return! (Sturdy trainers recommended). Clearest water I’ve seen for a long while. And you have to build at least one flat pebble tower. It’s quite addictive… Star watching (& bat watching). The cats are wonderful and we grew very attached to them. Alessandros’s parents are always on hand and have lots of useful info on where to eat, and places to visit. And they are very lovely too. We only had a short 5 day break, but feel refreshed & rested (& quite toned from that hill!). Would highly recommend without any doubts. If only everywhere one booked was as good as this.

A wonderfully peaceful stay at Villa Persephone. The villa had everything we needed and was super comfortable and homely. The pool area and view were outstanding and such a lovely place to just relax and unwind. Beaches, restaurants and shops all very walkable. Nataliya was a great host and responded to any queries quickly and cheerfully! Thank you for a superb stay!

The place is just beautiful! You can tell that it was decorated with a lot of love and is still very well taken care of. It was super clean and was also cleaned very thoroughly again during our stay. The hosts are also very friendly, have always inquired about us and have been quick to reach. The view of the sea and the location on the beach sweeten the day in the morning. We were super happy and will definitely come back!!

Lovely location, house as described, it is small and simple inside with a lovely garden and direct access to the sea. A nice welcome pack and plenty of essential items like toilet rolls and bin bags provided, which was a bonus as no one wants to shop for these on holiday! We really enjoyed our stay and also George and Elena's Taverna across the road where we were given a really warm welcome and great food.

Great spot, 20 minutes walking distance from Corfu city and quiet enough. Yes there are planes flying over now and then, but this wasn't an issue for us. Spacious enough and also clean, would recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here, wish we could've stayed longer! Florents was a great host, & even offered to pick us up from the port & take us to the airport. :) house was clean, they provided everything we needed, big yard to relax in, & the area is peaceful/quiet. It felt like our own mini home away from home. You won't regret staying here!

This apartment was so good. It is very convenient for the old and new town of Corfu, and for all the restaurants as well. The communication from the management company was excellent and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I think it was the best place we could have stayed. Nikos was extremely kind and welcoming which made our stay perfect. He gave tips on what to visit and always cared if everything was ok. The place is in great spot and Benitses is a great town to stay. You can reach everything by foot and explore the island with a car.

Such a beautiful place! The view is something else, just undisturbed green valley and mountains, with a sunset to die for! Almost constant sound of cicadas during the day and owls after sunset makes this place magical. Countless butterflies, lizards and buzzard circling the valley every day make no competition for the tv series you've been watching - you're not gonna turn the TV. The studio is just the right size for a couple. Very comfy, super clean, excellent huge bed. The's everything one need for a great stay and when I say everything I mean it. And the hosts, such a lovely family. They took great care of us. Special thank you to Lidsay for explaining everything, answering all our questions, interesting conversations and delicious cake. To us all roads lead to Corfu and we'll be back at your beautiful place for sure.

I spent 5 nights in Feride's apartment, everything was exactly as described and easy to find. On the day of arrival, there was a small difficulty with the electricity, which meant that WiFi and water did not work for a short moment, Feride was directly accessible and acted super fast, then everything worked again :) from the apartment you have a fantastic view, in addition, everything you need is available in it, restaurants and shopping as well as the most diverse beach bars are also within walking distance in both directions. The bus to Sarandë city and also to Butrint via Ksamil departs nearby. However, you can also walk to the city within about half an hour. If you travel by car, there is also an underground parking space. I had an amazing stay and would love to come back.

We have just returned from a wonderful long weekend in Corfu, the apartment was everything we expected and more, perfect host, great location and exactly as described, our only issue was we did not stay for longer. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back.
