This cozy house is perfectly located next to the sea front, where you can enjoy a swim at the clear water and the astonishing colours of the sunrise. Located also next to a big street which follows easy access to public transport but also some noise at the same time. Just 6 km from the historical center of Corfu town, 1 minute walk from the bus stop and local shops and only minutes away from restaurants and bars. At the same compound they live few other quiet neighbours and three friendly dogs.

A tranquil outdoor area features a clear pool surrounded by lounge chairs, with umbrellas providing shade. Mature trees and well-maintained gardens enhance the natural setting, while distant views of the sea and hills create a picturesque backdrop under a partly cloudy sky.
