There are three floors, so many stairs. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a 180cm bed, as well as our son's room with a children's bed. There is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a children's bath. In the living room there is a large kitchen, with floating sofa that can be cromecast to the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes + a small toilet. In the basement there is a bedroom, 160 cm bed. As well as bathroom with washer + dryer. Enclosed and fenced yard with sandbox.

Huset ligger centralt placeret på en stille villavej med kort vej til indkøb, busstop med direkte forbindelse til Legoland og Billund og naturligvis Koldings bycentrum blot 5 minutter væk. I “baghaven” finder I et flot naturområde ved Kolding Å og Kolding Ådal, og legeparken for små og store er en kort spadseretur fra hoveddøren.

The flat is located on a hill, in a green historical area, with a direct view to the sea and with only 100 meter to a beach, and where grocery shopping also is possible.
