The house is located at the bottom of a quiet residential street, close to bus, forest, lake, playground, racket center, ball and basketball court. On the grounds are lovely garden with sunny nooks, terraces, lawn, orangery, fire pit, child-friendly area, sandbox, playhouse and kitchen. Inside doors there is a bright kitchen-dining room, small bathroom, hallway and 3 rooms - 2 small and a slightly larger one. The largest room with double bed (picture coming), the smaller ones with beds of 120 cm and 140 cm, respectively. In the living room is a 140 cm Futon mattress.

Cozy farm, only 2 km from the pedestrian street.

We have a house of 400 sqm, of which we rent 150 sqm to guests over the summer. It is separated with its own entrance and its own kitchen and bathroom and access to large garden and terrace. The house is intended for up to 8 people, and ideal for families with children. There are 4 bedrooms and extra sofa beds. Kolding is centrally located in Denmark, and thus a good starting point for excursions. Kolding has its own beach and a lot of nature and experiences to offer. (The home has gotten an update this year with new floors/rugs)

Large house with enclosed garden

There are three floors, so many stairs. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a 180cm bed, as well as our son's room with a children's bed. There is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a children's bath. In the living room there is a large kitchen, with floating sofa that can be cromecast to the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes + a small toilet. In the basement there is a bedroom, 160 cm bed. As well as bathroom with washer + dryer. Enclosed and fenced yard with sandbox.

Private garden with terrace, and good shopping in Egtved. In addition, there is ample opportunity for beautiful nature and culture experiences in the nearby area. Bed linens and towels must be brought. The beds are 180cm and 160cm wide. Guests provide final cleaning. There is a weekend bed for children.

Huset ligger centralt placeret på en stille villavej med kort vej til indkøb, busstop med direkte forbindelse til Legoland og Billund og naturligvis Koldings bycentrum blot 5 minutter væk. I “baghaven” finder I et flot naturområde ved Kolding Å og Kolding Ådal, og legeparken for små og store er en kort spadseretur fra hoveddøren.

This cozy 50 m2 home is located in a quiet place less than a kilometer from the city center and with easy access to and from the highway. The house has a kitchen/living room with a dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer and oven. The house is furnished with large living room, utility room, 3 separate bedrooms - 2 with double bed 160 x 200 and one with 140 x 200 + bunk of 90 x 200. Additional alcove with bed of 140 x 200 cm. There's a brand new kitchen with new appliances. Attached to the house is covered with dining area - south facing. There are new floors and brand new quality beds, all sleeping 9.

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. The home is located in a stable building, which is newly renovated. Here is a new kitchen and bathroom. It consists of a large room that is divided into the sleeping, dining and kitchen area with a shelving unit and a curtain. It sleeps four to five. There is access to the dining area outside in the courtyard and to the garden, the fire pit and a shelter located 150 meters from the farm.
