The house is located at the bottom of a quiet residential street, close to bus, forest, lake, playground, racket center, ball and basketball court. On the grounds are lovely garden with sunny nooks, terraces, lawn, orangery, fire pit, child-friendly area, sandbox, playhouse and kitchen. Inside doors there is a bright kitchen-dining room, small bathroom, hallway and 3 rooms - 2 small and a slightly larger one. The largest room with double bed (picture coming), the smaller ones with beds of 120 cm and 140 cm, respectively. In the living room is a 140 cm Futon mattress.

Guest house of 60 m2 with private entrance and small garden. The space is not accessible. The house contains bedroom, large living room with possibility of workspace, TV, a smaller bathroom with shower and a kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The guest house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood 1.8 km from the city center and train station. Within a mile, IBC, IBA, UC-south, VUC/F, SDU, and Design School are located. Bus stop is 200 meters from the accommodation. If you have an electric car with "type 2" plug, you can charge your car for a fee.

Enjoy the tranquility of our old farm Thors, which dates all the way back to the year 1630, idin own renovated apartment, with its own entrance. Separate bedroom,Well-equipped kitchen. Close to nature, the beach and the shame bank. With only 10 min drive to Kolding city center. Easy to and from the highway, about 10 km. Possibility to experience Kolding and the beautiful nature with walking and hiking around Skamlingsbanken. A trip to Hejlsminde is also recommended. Good bike paths right outside the door, which goes all the way to Kolding.

Newly renovated and charming 3-room apartment (60 sqm) in Kolding's Latin Quarter, a few minutes' walk from shopping, cafes, Koldinghus and Slotssøen. Two separate bedrooms with room for three people in total. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a view of Koldinghus and the neighborhood's houses and yards. Access to the courtyard, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and pick fresh vegetables in the greenhouse in the summer. The apartment has its own entrance via the house's shared staircase.

Lovely annex's scenic nestled by rural property. Garden and field view. Private bathroom. Bed linen/towels included TV with chromecast. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German Shepherd dog (Boris) who loves to have a visit.

The place was spotless. We only stayed one night but there are all the comforts you need and even a very nice little garden as a bonus. Communication with Lene was very easy because she was very responsive. We would recommend it in a second.

Fully renovated apartment in the heart of Kolding.

Wow. Where should I even start. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and had a lovely and peaceful atmosphere. Got a parking lot right in front of the place and on the apartment was ground level (with maybe just a two stair steps), so carrying our luggage in was as easy as can be. We slept so well, (just remember to close the blinds and leave the bedroom door slightly open for better air circulation). And the hosts were superb: They were outstandingly thoughtful in every way. Can't thank them enough. They even surprised us with some Danish breakfast amenities, which - in conjunction with the coffee machine - gave us just heaps and heaps of joy. All-in-all, our stay with them turned out to be the highlight of our road trip. I will definitely ask them to accommodate us again. We also greatly enjoyed the botanical gardens (Geografisk Have) and the beautiful Kolding city center with it's old houses and narrow streets on the hillsides.
