Vacation rentals with a patio in Kolding Municipality

Very nice and bright apartment in a good location! The host was easy and sweet to communicate with - and had also 'planted his hospitality' in the apartment with flowers in the vase, some snacks, etc. so you felt welcome. Thank you - we would recommend it:)

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed in the restaurant. After wonderful discussions about Denmark and the Netherlands, we ended up with the subject of "herring". Birgitte spontaneously prepared Danish herring in curry sauce with homemade baguette and butter for us. Had a wonderful evening as the start of our weekend!

Great accommodation, very comfortable bedding, Jack was a very respectful and available host. We had a lovely stay. Recommended.

We had a lovely time at Tina’s house. We especially enjoyed the view from the great terrace. The place is relaxing and quite, still you are close to the city center. The communication was great and Tina helped us with good recommendations. I can definitely recommend staying any Tina’s.

We had a great time at Ole and Charlottes place. We especially enjoyed the wonderful and enormous garden, where our 18 month old daughter could walk around freely and play in the grass. The house is beautifully decorated (we had to moves some things to higher levels though, as it’s not fully childproof) and although it’s an old building, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed was a bit soft to our liking, but that’s just personal preference. The only thing that would make everything even better would be a hottub somewhere in the garden (especially because the bathroom doesn’t have a bathtub) but you should always have something to wish for right ;) Ole and Charlotte were on vacation themselves so we didn’t actually meet them, but communication beforehand was good. They sent us a list of recommendations for things to do and where to shop. And even from their holiday destination they responded to our messages (with some delay, but that’s to be expected). Thanks!

We were with 4 people for golf in the area around Kolding. The house is cozy furnished. You can immediately feel comfortable and in addition to a nice little garden with terrace, it offers a winter garden, among other things. With darts. Everything you need was available in the house. I can recommend Per to everyone as a host. Thank you, Per

I stayed at the place with my sister for two nights because a friend of mine got married in the area. The house is small but very beautiful and clean. The interior is lovely and the view is great. It’s a quiet area which I loved! Karen was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time. Thank you! Oh and the porch is amazing. We couldn’t really use it because of the weather but it’s still worth mentioning.

Really nice stay! We felt comfortable at the place immediately, it was clean, cozy and exactly as described. It was only a few minutes' walk to the sea, perfect for a little break with sea air. The area is wonderfully quiet, ideal for switching off. The host was super likeable, nice and attentive. A special highlight was our day trip to Aarhus, only about an hour away. A beautiful city with a very special flair, exciting architecture and many charming corners to discover. We would definitely visit again!

Incredibly flexible, friendly and sweet host.

Too bad you can't give 10 stars. Communication with the hostess was quick and straightforward. Rooms were very well equipped. The garden could be used, even the garden furniture and barbecue were allowed to be used. The breakfast was mega delicious. Bread and rolls were always made. The guest's requests were addressed. The hosts are very open and friendly. Recommended overall. The communication was in English and partly in German. We will definitely be back.

We were really very satisfied with the accommodation as well as with the hostess. The accommodation is really very nice. The city can be reached quickly and overall you feel right at home in the apartment. The host is very friendly and quick to respond. The check-in went smoothly and the tips on excursions and things to do were helpful.
