The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

This is a cozy hillside studio apartment very close to downtown Kodiak. We are perched on a short gravel side road, so noise and traffic are minimal. There is a queen-size bed suitable for one person or a couple. We can provide one or two foam floor mattresses to accommodate other sleeping arrangements or small children, subject to prior approval. In addition to the nightly rate and fees charged by AirBnB, there is a 12% City of Kodiak bed tax which we will collect at check in.
