Clean, comfortable and cute for those looking for a comfy place to get away from it all. Carmen’s Cabin was built by my daughter Carmen and her father in 2005. Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. This Airbnb was absolutely amazing—just as pictured, right on the water, and in a peaceful, private location. It’s also only a short 5–10 minute drive from lots of shops and attractions, so there was plenty to do during the day. A perfect getaway!

This is a fantastic get away spot. After exploring Homer and Seldovia, coming back to a fire pit for s'mores and a chill evening in the hot tub looking for moose, there's nothing better. House has EVERYTHING you need; coffee, spices for cooking, condiments, robes, towels, etc. Can't recommend this place enough! With two young daughters and a dog, felt right at home. Will be coming back again and again.

Suzie's place was wonderful! Arrived in Seldovia for a couple days trip to bike around and explore. Her place was perfectly located within the historic boardwalk area with easy access to local roads and trails. The weather was pretty soggy for while we were there - we didn't mind! - but we very much appreciated Suzie offering us boardgames and an extra late check out to let us stay cozy while waiting for the ferry. We hope you have a great winter, Suzie, and thanks so much for hosting us <3

This place was a perfect location for our top Homer excursion, halibut fishing. It was a short 5 minute walk to the fishing charter’s location. The views were amazing and we enjoyed watching the tides come in and go out. The place is small, great for a couple or a family with smaller children. There is no TV, nor sink in the bathroom but the free coffee was a huge perk!
