Main floor bedroom has a queen bed. The "Nest" on the second floor houses a queen bed and 3 singles. All Nova Form Mattresses. The kitchen space saver stairs lead to a lower loft with a twin bed and an upper loft with a queen bed. Kuerig K-cups, Drip Coffee. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Bathroom has a unique shower, stocked with shampoo and body wash. Plush towels provided. Community laundry at the front of the unit. There is an upright freezer to accommodate!

The bathroom features a modern shower with a curtain, a pedestal sink, and a toilet. Soft towels are neatly arranged on a shelf, while a mirror and lighting provide functional elegance. Two small rugs are placed on the floor for comfort.

There is also a laundry available in the Wash House. Located in the heart of moose country, you'll have plenty of opportunity to see the moose, wild turkeys, sandhill cranes and other wildlife. It's only a short and beautiful 1.7 mile walk to the Kenai Peninsula Fair Grounds.

Feel the joy when you sleep under the stars on Sunshine Drive in Happy Valley! The yurt is 16' and 4-season insulated, complete with stove, microwave, running water, an outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, and patio. This is a private yurt on a quiet road that welcomes well mannered dogs. There is a tiny, single person A-frame also available to rent nearby. Restroom is a lit outhouse with parking. The yurt in on Sunshine Homestead, just down the driveway, where I raise hens, and a large garden.

Located conveniently between Soldotna and Homer AK. Approximately 40 miles north to Soldotna and 40 Miles South to Homer. Kasilof River is 24 miles, Ninilchik River is 1 mile, Deep Creek Recreational and tractor boat launch 4 miles and Ninilchick is 1 mile. Multiple local fishing charters for halibut and salmon. Volcano views.

Traditional Alaskan log cabin, with authentic Alaskan decor. Located less than ten minutes away from the Kasilof River. Near Cook Inlet public beach access (2.5 miles approx). Cabin has a very private and quiet setting, on 20 acres. Enjoy the private hot tub while taking in the gorgeous views of Swan Lake. Mt. Redoubt and Mt. Illimani are visible from the cabin. Firewood provided for fire pit and wood stoves. Approx 20 minutes from Soldotna, and approx 20 minutes from Ninilchik.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

A rustic cabin is nestled among tall spruce trees, featuring a covered porch with sturdy railings. The exterior is constructed from wood with a blue roof. Bright blue skies with scattered clouds create a serene backdrop.

It was such a beautiful peaceful stay. It was perfect for what I needed it for. It was a very peaceful experience. I was there for 1 week and it was relaxing. Thank you for hosting my family.

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. Check in was easy, the place was clean. It had everything we needed to be comfortable for the night. I would stay there again.

Natural surroundings are offered with a wooden staircase leading down to the beach, bordered by greenery and trees. The ocean is visible in the distance, with gentle waves lapping at the shore under a clear blue sky.

Amazing stay! Dean was very responsive and helpful and gave us some fishing tips as well. We found a ton of agates in the beach and saw lots of bald eagles hunting. Pristine off grid stay with an outhouse and lots of stuff for upkeep (wood, coals etc). Would come back here with more fishing gear!

This property was truly special. The view was pastoral. You would have thought it a painting! We watched moose walk in the grass and through the river. A photographer’s dream location. Mt Redoubt shown through on a sunny day. Close to town and supplies. Laundry capabilities within the property. Comfortable beds. Peace and quiet like none other. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. Safe and secure.

Stayed here with my mom; her first time to Alaska and to surprise her brother who lives nearby. She loved the cozy log cabin feel and fireplace. Very quiet, had an eagle land in the tree outside, walked next door to see the historic cabin, she was able to cook a homecooked meal for my uncle in the kitchen😁 I would definitely stay here again. Bryan and Rhonda were very helpful on checkin and very quick to respond. They recommended Rockys Cafe, its worth the drive. Beds were very comfortable. A little bit out of the way, but worth it as a great place to relax and explore Kenai, Soldotna and even Homer.
