Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Knox County

We stayed at JP’s place while we were in town for my sister’s wedding. JP was super helpful and responded quickly when we needed anything. His place helped make our trip so much easier! It was very clean, and was plenty of room for the 7 of us that stayed. The house was close to a lot of food options and stores. He provided very clear instructions for check-in/check out, how to work the TV, maps of the area and also had books and games for us to use.

I am a city girl, because of this I found the curb appear on the outside kind of unkept. the inside of the house gave a warm and welcoming feeling like going to visit grandma house in the county. remember I am a city girl, where all the trees and grass are well manicured

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Wow what an amazing property! We had so much fun connecting with our grandsons. They could run around and play outside. We took nice walks and enjoyed the evenings outside relaxing. The inside space was perfect - wide open great room for meals and hanging out. Private space for kids, parents and grandparents. Thanks for having a great place for our family to spend a wonderful week!

We loved the size of the home and appreciated two bedrooms. Kitchen facilities were more than adequate. All in all, it was comfortable and convenient to the areas we wished to see. It was in a quiet neighborhood but within easy driving to the areas we wished to see. We thank the owners for sharing it with us.

Aaron was very accommodating when we asked about a late check out due to the circumstances of our stay. He was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious and beautiful space!

This cute little gem has EVERYTHING!! Traveled for son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything. Nice and cozy!!

The suite met our expectations. It had many nice features and was well kept. The location is within easy walking distance of a nice park.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Saying the place was clean would be an understatement. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The surrounding community was peaceful, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay feel extra special. Kelly truly thought of everything. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials one could need, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Communication with Sean was outstanding. He was attentive from the very beginning, answered all our questions promptly, and kept us updated right up to our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt cared for and right at home. I highly recommend their "Off the Beaten Path" home away from home!!!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

2nd time staying at Mike's. He's a great host with a nice place just outside of downtown Knoxville. His place is clean, comfy and has fast wifi. Mike is super responsive and has your best interest in mind.

Home was in great condition and in a great area with plenty of things around. We stayed one night for a local event and it was 5 minutes from the arena we attended and was super easy to get to even in the terrible traffic afterwards.

Truly felt right at home while staying at Tracy’s place! It was a quick visit to surprise my dad for his 80th birthday but we will definitely be back. The location was perfect—close to my parents in Lenoir City and also great areas to shop (Turkey Creek) and dine (Lakeside Tavern in Knoxville was our favorite!). Such a beautiful area! The home was so comfortable and had such great little touches and extras. A very simple layout— It was perfect for my husband and I. It was nice having a private entrance in this adorable little standalone home (which is on the owners property). Plenty of room to park and the property was overall stunning! We loved driving around seeing all the beauty the area has to offer! Everything was clean and so comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfy with a nice mattress topper that makes you want to linger in bed just a bit longer😉. It had everything we needed (and more!). We will definitely be back! Our family of six enjoyed a quiet getaway and truly enjoyed all the amenities at H2Oasis!!! Everything was clean, organized, and well taken care of. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor games made this place enjoyable for the entire family. Communication was responsive and friendly. We plan to come back again next year. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat in the hills of Tennessee this is the place to go.

We didn’t come to do the touristy things but to just get away. This was it!!!! The view was better than the pictures and we actually had a storm clouds come right through the house. Never touched the clouds but now I have!!!! I’m not saying you can’t do these things as PF and Gatlinburg bc they are near by. But the house has a gas grill w/the gas straight piped in, and everything needed to cook good meals. Kroger is close by and a local grocery store is down at the bottom near the marathon gas station. We did go to PF on our first night and got BBQ where we stopped it was awful and just a tourist stop. I will try boss hogs bbq the next time we come as it’s close and looks more like a local place. Jayne is a spot on host!!! Extremely nice and attentive to any questions I had. I can’t wait to come back and hoping for a longer stay.

Volunteer City Getaway is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We stayed for a girls weekend and everyone in the group agreed it was the perfect place, more cost effective than a hotel room and waaaaaay better than a hotel room!!! The apartment has everything essential you need, it was spotless (and I’m a clean freak), in a great location for everything Knoxville, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and floor mattress, good quality linens and kitchen supplies. We will definitely stay here again. Don’t look elsewhere, this place is great!!!!

Great place. Big and wide open and very comfortable. It had everything. And a designated carport parking space.

Clean, quiet, easy walking distance to University amenities. Parking should be included instead of extra, but free parking was nearby and relatively easy to find. Fun college neighborhood but location still felt safe and peaceful

We trickled in over the week for a family wedding and picked the place based on the kitchen, knowing we’d be catering a 40-person wedding from there. The place looked exactly like the photos and the working area was perfect for my job. And then we cooked! Ethan and Lauren were super responsive to random requests and helped us pull everything together.

I loved staying at Savannah’s suite. It was clean and felt like home. She was super friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating with a short notice booking! It had everything I needed and more. Would definitely stay here again.

The tiny house was so perfect for what we needed. We were driving half way across the country and needed a safe and peaceful place to stay and Jesse's was it! The shower was amazing and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with to go cups and such for coffee in the am. The outdoor sitting area was so nice after a long driving day with the TV and the fire flys! Thank you Jesse!!
