A cozy, quiet gem—perfect for one or two! You get an entire apartment to yourself in a wonderful neighborhood. Alex is a gracious and accommodating host—always responsive but never intrusive, and he doesn’t live on the property. This will always be my go-to spot when visiting Knoxville!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ashley’s place. I went to a couple of places per her recommendation and was very pleased that I did. I would stay here again, well worth the money!

Had an enjoyable stay at the Hexagon Suite. Super close to UT campus. Easy to get into apartment and the boys enjoyed the large screen TV. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the place was clean. Would stay here again when coming to Knoxville!

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

The best stay I have ever had in downtown Knoxville. Dylan and Suzanne are too notch hosts. They do it right! The recommendations are up to my food snobby standards 😋 The furniture is high end. The art is fantastic. The lighting is great. The bedding, the towels the mattress and pillows are fabulous! It’s just how people should do it! More hosts need to be like this! Will stay many more times in the near future. Can’t wait!

Felicia’s place was extremely beautiful and lovely to stay at! It had a super convenient location that allows you to get to UTK’s campus and several nice restaurants and stores within minutes. I had a couple hiccups during my stay but Felicia was always very responsive and did everything in her power to make sure the issues were fixed appropriately and timely which was extremely appreciated. She is a fantastic host and I would highly recommend her home to anyone that is planning on a trip to Knoxville!

Stayed for a night before a flight to the airport. Dennis was very responsive when booking. The place was clean and made for a good spot for a night stay. It has close proximity to Knoxville sites (10 minute uber ride to Market Square) and 20 minutes to the airport. Fit my needs perfectly. Was not a luxury spot, though the heated bathroom floor was nice, but in general is good value for the money. Thanks Dennis!

well-maintained basement unit in a quiet cul-de-sac with street parking. Self check-in with a well-lit backyard and roomy entrance. bathroom is very clean and kitchen has necessities for the home cook. the linens and bed were nice and the living room was grand! temperature is controlled by a unit upstairs but messaging the host was easy for a quick adjustment.

Thomas was an excellent host. He was very helpful with directions, places to go, and his local knowledge. The unit was better than described. The place was spotless, bed and pillows were very comfortable. I have to get those pillows when I get home. We loved his pantry with snacks, fresh fruit, and real creamer. We enjoyed the quiet and the incredible amount of fireflies. Haven't seen that since I was a kid. We highly recommend staying here. We will book again when we plan another trip to the area.

This place is exactly as described. It is a beautiful loft apartment conveniently located a block from all the action of Gay Street. We could literally walk from the loft to restaurants on Gay Street in under 5 minutes! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, just minutes from campus and downtown. Lots of great coffee, breweries and dining to choose from. Don’t let the rundown appearance of the exterior turn you off, the interior is fantastic. Comfortable beds, hardwood floors and super cool tile bathrooms.

This was my fourth stay with Tony and Barb. It remains my go to destination when visiting Knoxville.

Great place and great hosts. We were just there two nights and it was perfect. Great location for us. Just as described. Easy parking. And super friendly hosts. Quality towels and linens. It’s not brand new but it’s clean, it’s roomy, it’s cute, it has everything we needed, it’s quiet, everything works. I’d definitely stay again!!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. John was a wonderful and friendly host. We loved the bagels and OJ and the home was very comfortable and clean. We felt the space was much bigger than the pictures suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful natural surroundings, but still very close to freeway access, which was like a little hidden gem. Thank you John for a comfortable stay!

Vickie's private studio was an absolute gem! The pictures truly don't do this place justice; it's even more charming and comfortable in person. We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!
