The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

We can now welcome you to a newly renovated apartment here at Klæbjerggaard. We can offer 2 beds in the bedroom and a sleeping space in a loft that is connected to the living room. There is a nice large kitchen and private bathroom/toilet. From the apartment, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and you are welcome to use the fire tent, play tower with slide, swings in the trees and there is the possibility to borrow the Weber grill and TV. There are many places with shelter on the grounds and a fire pit. The house is tucked behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Strand. This one offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is in two staggered levels. There is a trampoline and a homemade football goal. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.
