The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

A vacation in our cozy, authentic cottage is pure comfort. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for a single family) and contains an atmospheric living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The house's sleeping accommodations are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with bunk beds - most suitable for children. The last sleeping accommodations are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of an older date, which has been continuously renovated.

There are many places with shelter on the grounds and a fire pit. The house is tucked behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Strand. Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.
