Ted was truly the BEST host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. From the beginning of our stay, he was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. During the trip, I experienced the heartbreaking loss of my father, and Ted’s support was beyond anything I could have expected, he prayed with me, checked in regularly, and extended such genuine compassion that I’ll never forget. The home was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was clear that a lot of thought went into the guest experience. Everything we needed was provided, from tissues and paper towels to Ziploc bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, and more. These thoughtful details made a big difference during a difficult time. Ted’s kindness and the home’s comfort created a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a warm and well-prepared place to stay.

Very beautiful home with awesome amenities! We loved the themed rooms and the large space to accommodate our family. Vitor was in communication with us the entire stay and always checked in to see if we needed any additional assistance during our stay. We loved our stay! Great host and house! I will say we came during spring break and traffic was horrendous so location wasn’t ideal but for the price and what was included it was a grand slam!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Orlando! The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated — it truly felt like a home away from home. It was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra towels and blankets, which made traveling with kids so much easier. The location was perfect — quiet and safe, yet close to the theme parks, shops, and restaurants. Our host was kind, responsive, and made everything seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!

We loved staying at Terence and Sophia's place! They provided excellent communication and check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The house was incredibly clean and had plenty of room for our whole family. So many nice Disney themed touches throughout the house made it fun for the kids! It's also very close to Disney World which made it very convenient going to and from the parks. We will definitely be staying here again!

Another successful stay! It's not like I expected any less then again, if I'm being honest I also didn't want to jinx it. I'm happy it was good. Even happier my family had more fun. Thanks, Len. You're amazing and your properties are as well.

The house was spacious and beautiful! There were 8 of us and 3 dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us. We spent 90% of the time in the outdoor space and absolutely loved it. There is a Walmart about 5 minutes away in case you forgot anything or need anything. We ended up buying some hand soap for the upstairs bathroom as it was empty, as well as a small bottle of dish soap for the kitchen. We brought our own laundry detergent and dryer sheets, so if you plan on doing laundry (which we did several times), then you might want to purchase some of that as well. Other than that (and maybe extra TP), we had everything needed. Oh - there are no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms so if you need extra air flow you may also need to bring your own personal fan.

I've been a regular visitor to Story Lake for the last three years, staying at various properties, and each one has been a delight. This latest stay was no exception – the property was not only beautiful but also perfectly located. The host was incredibly responsive, making the experience even more seamless. I'm already looking forward to my next trip back! Highly recommend!

Great place, great location minutes from parks- unit is on the ground floor!!!

I honestly have no complaints about this airbnb. It was clean and in a good location. Close to good shopping, good restaurants and not a far drive from Universal and the convention center which were a big deal for us since we stayed for a cheer competition. The only and I mean only downfall was the master bedroom is closest to the road so we heard loud cars/music periodically but we would stay again when or if we make our way back to Orlando! Definitely recommend!

Brandon’s condo was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It’s conveniently located just minutes from all the Universal attractions. Brandon was a proactive and responsive host, making communication easy. The condo backs up to a beautiful lake and is right next to a heated pool that’s cleaned daily. I highly recommend this place for anyone or any couple looking for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Walt’s Vision! Just like the pictures on the listing. Very fun Disney themed rooms that my boys loved! So much attention to detail! Very clean, easy access to surrounding amenities, very close to Disney and Universal! Would highly recommend and stay again!

Sophia’s home was beautiful and she is truly such an incredible host - She made sure my family and I felt right at home ! I truly appreciate how clean everything was and most importantly how accommodating she was. The house was exactly like the pictures and for sure felt like Christmas in May, which was a very magical feeling for all of us. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay from comfortable beds to pots/pans and of course even coffee pods. We requested a later check out and she went out of her way to make sure we could all have a bit more rest after being at Disney all day on Saturday. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone, don’t think twice and just book it because you’ll have the most wonderful stay but most importantly an amazing host ! We truly can’t wait to stay again.

Couldn’t have picked a better location! So close to the theme parks and great restaurants! The free shuttle service was great! This condo was such a treat! My daughter and I absolutely loved the Disney and Potter decor. Magical! You can tell everything was thought out well. Condo had everything we needed to feel at home while away from home. Can’t recommend Koda’s place enough. As a business traveler, I frequent hotels and Airbnb’s often. This place may have been my best stay overall. The listing ACCURATELY describes everything, which is a major plus. It’s quiet and in a nice gated golf-course community and you have everything you need inside. Will be a go-to place anytime I’m in Orlando.

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

Thank you so much for letting us into your home. You have the most beautiful stocked home I’ve ever been in. There was so much I didn’t need to buy because you already had it which I loved! You had everything from blankets towels cookware bathroom supplies cleaning supplies mop pads seasoning cooking oils pool floaties propane from last guest..on top of having the most peaceful beautiful home! Kept it really easy to keep house clean! The waterfall pool the openess of the whole home made it perfect. The host was there for any questions I had always answered within 5-10 minutes I really appreciate you opening your house as well as still caring and being there for your guest at any time. Anytime I’m ever in Florida I will definitely keep this home in mind definitely worth it in every way!

Our overall stay was beyond our expectations. The house was extremely clean and exactly as seen in the photos. The neighbor hood was beautiful and very well maintained. We had an amazing experience at this home and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a reserved high end place to stay. The host was responsive and extremely helpful throughout our stay! 10/10!

I could not rave more about this home. I rented this villa after another home I was interested in became unavailable. I'm so thrilled this showed up in my second search because it was so much more convenient for drop offs and pick ups at the park. While the kids were at the park I spent days exploring the area or just floating in the pool. If I ever go back to disney this will be my home away from home.
