Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !

The Annexe

Situated in a woodland location, West Norfolk Retreats offers our detached annexe at GOMO in a unique location. It has a fenced lawned garden exclusively for your own use and it’s an ideal base to explore the Sandringham estate and the Norfolk coastline. Just outside the property you can walk directly into the wooded area and the two picturesque lakes beyond. Ideal for walkers and dog walking. It is in a peaceful location but still very close to Kings Lynn, supermarkets and retail parks.

Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.

Matthew & Caroline provide friendly, helpful and professional service. Situated in a secluded, tranquil rural setting and 35 minutes from the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The room stands apart from the main house across a sunny courtyard. The Peddar's Way is nearby, as is Houghton Hall, Oxborough Hall and Holkham Hall amongst other attractions. Great woodland walks for dogs from the end of the garden. 7Kw electric vehicle charger available at £10 cash per 5 hour charge.
