A great place to stay! Private, spacious, spotlessly clean. Matt was an excellent host - friendly and helpful. Will definitely look to book when in the area again.

Gill's place has a very homely feel. It was very easy to find, really comfortable and lovely and clean. Just what we needed for a bank holiday weekend. Gill provided a lovely stock of groceries including fruit, bread, butter, milk and marmalade. she was very friendly and helpful in her messages as well.

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Very happy , great little annex , had everything you need , Carol even put fresh milk in the fridge for me Loaf of bread and tea sugar coffee , however I did take my own But many Thanks for that anyway 👍

we have stayed at Pauls before and again were looked after very well. communication is great and the accomodation is just what we need. it is in the exact area we need to be to visit family. we will be back again

What a fantastic little space. I’d tended to stay in Lincoln city centre when on business there in the past, but never again! So peaceful, well equipped, clean and with some nice little touches too in terms of coffee pods and breakfast etc. Nice to get some recommendations for runs in the area (so much nicer than a run round Lincoln city centre - the “steep hill”, wow, never again!). I honestly can’t fault it, and hope to be back.

We had an amazing time, cottage is lovely, very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Loved seeing all the animals. Also meeting Cracker and Poppy Wendy's dogs. Getting up in the morning and having the chickens and ducks walk past the kitchen window was so nice. We fed the animals with Wendy one morning this was amazing, you can tell how much she cares for the animals and how well they are looked after. The garden for the cottage was actually bigger then I thought it would be and was so beautiful, we loved sitting outside. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making us so 😁.

The Garden Room lacked for nothing. The hosts were generous beyond all expectations in what they provided. It was lovely to arrive to wine and nibbles and to find absolutely everything you could wish for from Alexa to Air con, breakfasts to coffee machine and all possible toiletries to lots of towels. It was a great location and a superb place to stay. i could have moved in and stayed for life.

We stayed at Dibley lodge for 2 nights, it was a lovely escape and we felt completely relaxed. The place is absolutely stunning with everything you need and more! Christine and Pete were super friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations of where to eat and what to do in the area. We would love to stay again and would 100% recommend, thank you for a fantastic weekend.

Great place for a couple to stay for a few days - Jo was very responsive and the accommodation had everything you would want (including kindly leaving fresh milk and some biscuits for us ). Perfect location for exploring Southwold and surrounding areas. Thank you Jo❤️

I booked Honeysuckle Annex as a birthday present for my husband, and I was so happy that it was exactly what I wanted. A beautiful place with everything you would need and much more. The extra touches made it feel even more special . The home baked bread and cookies, the jams, chutney, cheese and even milk and juice. Lorraine even provided a nice bottle of fizz too. The hot tub is surrounded by a beautiful garden. We absolutely loved the bed and bed linens. My hubby had the best sleep ever. X Thank you very much, we would definitely recommend Honeysuckle annex and would definitely stay again. X

We used this place as a base for exploring the area. The town of St. Ives is lovely. Houghton Mill is just a couple of miles away and is a favorite place for us. Also very handy for a trip to Cambridge. The Annexe is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped. The whole place is comfortable. The shower was very much appreciated since the weather was so hot. We had a wonderful break and would definitely return.

Great place to stay !! Had everything we needed, and location was great. Feels like you’re far away from the hussle and bussle of a city but only 10 mins away from Ely. Perfect !!

We had the most amazing break! Exactly what we needed. The annex was designed lovely, and breakfast on the patio was a nice treat! The welcome box was a lovely touch and was a nice surprise to find one for the dog. The biscuits went down with him very well! Very thoughtful! The Prosecco and little chocolates were much appreciated Very clean and tidy and felt very much at home. Lots of information provided and amazing recommendations by the host. Kevin was flexible with us and a great help when we lost our dog lead on the beach. We had an incredible dog walk which started directly opposite the house, into the woods and then to an amazing viewing point. Very short drive to the beach and other villages. Beaches are very nice and lots to do Couldn’t recommend this place and Kevin enough. We cannot wait to come back!

Hi Nicola, We had a super weekend staying at Antlers for our family reunion and meeting up with friends. You have thought of absolutely everything. We were especially pleased to find Marmite among the breakfast items (love it or hate it!) The wine was good too! Antlers is beautifully clean accommodation, providing everything we needed. Woburn is just up the road (about 2 miles through the deer park) and you can walk there if want to. Can’t wait to come back next year. Stuart and Wendy.

We had a lovely stay at Ian's. The village was lovely and peaceful, and the Airbnb was clean, cosy and exactly as described. Ian was easy to contact and there was good communication. Extra touches, such as a hairdryer and cold water in the fridge made it special and were so handy! Ian was helpful and gave us taxi recommendations, which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Teresa's place, the coffee, and breakfast provisions were most welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The bed and bedlinen were super comfy and the space is nicely decorated. Many thanks.

This was a great location for us to stay to attend a wedding at Holmewood Hall. It was so peaceful with a beautiful outside space to just sit and hang out. The accommodation was well equipped and the main bedroom and living room area were so spacious. We really enjoyed our time there and it was great to be able to walk out onto the street and find a selection of restaurants/takeaways too in such a quiet village. Vicki gave us recommendations too. Thanks for a lovely place to stay.
